  Your gonna love the switch too old town just is such a better design and you’ll have to get use to the seat coming from a hobie pro. You might want to get the seat risers from Navarre kayak. They make all kind of replacement parts for old town. Hobie Pro has the best seat in the game but it handles like a barge.

  I ended up going back to the PA14. I had an issue with the kayak being too low in the back when I carry my shad tank. I do a lot of live bait fishing for stripers and I carry a 13 gallon shad tank that weighs a lot. The Old Tow is a great kayak, but didn't meet my particular fishing style.

  I am an avide angler, and have a motoized kayak, but I mostly fish for bass. Are heavy rods better for hybrids? Or will a MH rod suffice? I didn't even know these were in hubbard. I live right next to the lake. Great video by the way.

  You know I have caught them on Tawakoni with regular bass gear. When I troll like I was that day, I do use a heavier rod. That day was magic. I kept going over the school again and again. I don't find them very often any more so I fish Twok more. They are very plentiful there still.

  I’m not happy myself. I’m still without power and water after the tornado in Pilot Point. Knocked down my telephone pole that my meter was on. TNMP showed up around 11:10 last night and pulled the main fuse so I can safely start replacing it. Its on you to set up that last pole that feeds your home. 20’ tall and 6” minimum diameter. You have to set the meter box and breaker box also.

  Any new footage since it just opened yesterday? I 100% am "NOT" looking forward to fishing this darn lake on 4-22-24. I hear hype & don't see the fishable water to make it a great fishery. If the Timber is over growth that is still to thick for one to get a boat in it but has water over 5 foot deep where the fish can gather back in it, that makes for horrible fishing because those fish won't see a lure their whole lives. 🤣

  I didn’t know you did that. I also rescue bees and build my own horizontal long Langstroth hives. I’m building hives today. I rescue free of charge if they’re easy to get. That one your doing, I wouldn’t do free unless the owners did the destruction and repair. I’ve loaned out my bee suit and done that before. I don’t want to be liable for tearing something up. I’m going to guess the Queen is still in there by the way they’re staying inside.

  I charged $300 for this job and it wasnt enough. I THINK I got the queen but I have shop vac'd about 8000 bees from the interior of that area so far and have them in a deep with brood and honey comb and they are thriving for now. I dont want to mess with them any more for a while and then I do a queen search

  @@TrophyFish I’m hoping I can get some easy swarms this year. I have empty hives baited with lemongrass oil. I wish I had some old comb frames to bait them with. Wax moths ate the ones I used last year.

  @@TrophyFish I posted an ad on Facebook Marketplace multiple times and they take it down every time. Yet they let others post the exact same ad. I figure local competitors are reporting my ad. I’ve yet to figure out how to contest it on Facebook. I can’t find a place to communicate by a written submission with someone there. You can report ads only and then you can only click on the violation. I’ll check out that next door. I’m building a horizontal hive today.

  Come get footage of the New Lake Ralph Hall! its under construction now. Its approximately 20 miles SE of Bois de Arc. The bridges are complete, the dam is not. Now would make great video 'before" the lake gets finished. It is Scheduled for impoundment 2nd quarter of 2026! Thanks for considering this if you do!
