  @@ellawilson1933 yeah I did what I did was change the ram frequency to 2000mhz and I had to format my ssd and reinstall windows and it worked

  স্যার আপনার acer aspire-3 laptop এর keyboard এ যদি ব্যাকলাইট থাকে তাহলে আপনি F9 key চাপ দিলে অন হবে। যদি তাতে না হয় তবে Fn+F9 দিয়ে ও অন অপ করতে পারবেন। ধন্যবাদ
