I just flushed the fluid in both my little twin cousins bikes/ ktm's but I'm 2nd guessing myself now because the fluid came out super cloudy & looking like oil mixed with water. I used the recommended Castrol dot 4 break fluid which it said to use in both breaks & the clutch it has dot 4 or dot 5.1 recommend in the manuals & on the resivours but it's making me wonder if someone has used mineral oil instead of the specified dot 4 or dot 5.1do you know how I can tell what was in it? Is it normal for the fluid to get super cloudy over 3 years of not being changed?? The breaks & clutches are both Brembo's

The first one looks like a good work horse especially for the price ! Want to get one for street wheelies bike trail some light trail riding also looks like you could put some good forks on the front if you want to upgrade eventually

I had bought an extremely used but maintained v2100 the front brake was adjusted quite well the gears shifted excellent I suppose it could have used a better back shock forgetting to that stage of wear-and-tear I would say that bike held up quite well no telling how old it really was

Hi! Is the left shifter usable with 2 or 3 chainrings? Is there on the shifter a setting for that or can the shifter be usable as it is for 2 and 3 chainrings? Thanks for your answer.

Helo, I am not 100% sure, but, as far I understand and have seen the shimano tourney sti shifters are designed for 2x7 casettes. At least for road bikes I have only seen 2x7, I don't know if I ever saw 3x7 so I don't think it would be compatible with 3 chainrings in the front. I may be wrong tho. In any case, have a great day.

You can ride a MTB on pavement but the tires won’t last as long. MTB don’t roll as fast as Road Bike on pavement.
