I love how SG1 Characters arent dumbasses. Everyone knows better than to dismiss wierd stuff and they are all attentiv always. It also ads to the realism that this is something build up over seasons. Where in the beginning "I saw something no one else here saw" would have ended in that person getting to the infirmary at best, in the later seasons everyone is immediatly on alarm because they have seen to much to be stupid. This show is so amazing

Shouldn't Shelby have told Worf how to change the phaser frequency and random settings since he was the one firing the weapons...? I didn't realize there were phaser banks located in the warp nacelles...? Was that the same kind of error when they fired phaser banks from the torpedo Bay in that episode with darmok?

this sounds like it was ripped off th orignal blu rays which had a recall for this disc because 11001001 and a few other episodes had 5.1 surround errors (mixed up channels) causing the tinnieness.

It's small, but a brilliantly acted and written moment, as well as being a callback to the OG series. Spiner's facial expressions as Data are incredible -- you can literally see him trying but failing to determine what the drink is and the "android logic calculations" as he defaults to the one piece of information he can state with accuracy: its color. God, this show was unbeatable. Only _The Simpsons_ could surpass it in terms of quality 90's television, in my humble opinion.

Potter was the perfect leader for this unit. Didn't come in with a parade ground manner. Only stepped in when it was essential.

I always thought this was an inexcusably unrealistic clunker of a scene. NO Commanding Officer would ever take the word of a newbie about three of his best and confront them with it as though they were guilty without a single question asked. Just abysmal.
