About Martha’s Vineyard African-American Film Festival
Established in 2002, the Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF) is an Academy-Award® accredited Black Film Festival where independent and established African American filmmakers can showcase, screen and promote emerging feature, documentary, and short films from across the world. @tanishiajohnson9811 A fact is a thing that is known or proved to be true. Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated created a centralized headquarters with the establishment of its incorporation in 1913. Our incorporation predates the arrival of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated by 7 years. We operated from a central office from that date. We opened a national office in 1949 to handle our ever-expanding membership but also to allow our professional staff and other non-members space within our building. In 1952, A.K.A. purchased a location and with renovations, the building remains debt-free. Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Incorporated’s first executive Office was located at 1721 Worm Street. Source: Torchbearers of a Legacy: A History of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., 1920-1997. This was of course also her parent’s home where they continued to live after it was designated an executive office. New Pittsburgh Courier, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania • Sat, Feb 28, 1931Page 8. & National Archives at Washington, DC; Washington, D.C.; Seventeenth Census of the United States, 1950; Year: 1950; Census Place: Houston, Harris, Texas; Roll: 5342; Page: 7; Enumeration District: 263-234A I agree that the accuracy of all brands is of the utmost importance, therefore it is important to be factual in what we share, especially when “sharing a space”. Continued growth and blessings to you as well.

People need to stop intefering with Whitney and Bobby's private life. These people were struggling with a lot of monsters in their closet. Marriage is not easy but it is more difficult when both parties are dealing with addiction.

I hate Bobby got all the blame. Being in a relationship with the love of my life and struggling with addiction I understand. It killed me she couldn't see how amazing and deserving of happiness she truly was. God bless you Bobby!

American Fiction was so good, and so was this interview. It's ironic, albeit typical, how he escaped journalism just to face the same things in fiction. Refreshing to have some variety in fiction to sate the tastes of those of us for whom My Pafology ain't it. We need more dramas, comedies, and thrillers that decenter historical trauma.

A BW is incapable of loving herself as a BW would. Rip Ms.Whit. She wouldn't have made it as far as she did had it not been for the love she knew she had from this man!🤔❤

Just Remember When Bobby Got Clean She Was Still Using , Bobby Got Blamed For Her Using Coke And Crack And She Was Already Doing It Before They Met And Bobby Was Already Doing Coke Ain’t Do Crack Until He Met Witney. He Got Blamed For Death , And His Daughter Death None Of That Was His Fault. Yes He Had His Flaws But At Least He Took Accountability Over Time Not To Mention When Whitney Divorced Him She Talked So Much Trash About Him Up Until The Daughter She Passed 🤷🏾‍♂️💯
