    I do love fishing large, and small mouth bass. But bluegill has always been my favorite to fish for. If you get on a good bite you can't have more fun than that. Plus they are delicious fried up in a skillet.

    Hey we're staying in sturgeon bay. We've been on the shore fishing all over but no to much luck just small small mouths & little rock bass. Tomorrow's our last day here an we're going to rent a pontoon & do some fishing. Any good areas you would recommend we go to?? We're into catching anything that bites but would love a salmon, walleye or trout! TIA

    We used your technique for putting the bait on. I had one of the best night fishing bass in years! Thank you!! And ya, I used to put it in like your dad never really caught much.

    Small tip, add a split shot under the bobber. Keeps it up and can cast it further. Cheers

    More sensitive with less weight.

  • @chrismeister2554
    @chrismeister25545 күн бұрын

    Wouldn’t it be more sensitive with more weight? More likely to dunk on a light hit than do the little turning thing this guy is talking about with no weight? I only run slip corks so I have little use for one of these but they indicate VERY similar, and more weight has always made my cork more sensitive even without the drop up against it.

    A tungsten jig and a 1" gulp minnow will catch gills better than any live bait. I've caught everything from walleye, pike, Chinook and coho to panfish carp and brook trout. Changed my life.

    Isn’t that why you should add a weight to the bobber? So that it stay vertical to tell when they bite? I’m not experienced by any means, I’m just looking for clarification 😊 Much love and I hope you have a great day

    Watched a guy, new boat 28 ft cabin cruiser, 3 axle trailer, guy backs boat into water unhooked trailer from truck, guy in boat starts to exit harbor, car gets parked, boat in open water tries to bring boat up on plain but not a chance he heads back in, pulls up by us as we're launching, he says it should run better! Both of us at the same time go, might work better if you take it off the trailer first!

    I've been wadding the worm on my hook for around 60 years. I've caught a ton of fish that way. What hangs off gets eaten and I end up having to buy more worms. Fish will eat worms that are nothing much more than a milky white wormy mess on the hook.

    I’ve never used worms before only shrimp (salt water fishing) and I took my son to the pond and I was wrapping the worms around and using big hooks. They were snatching the bait but we couldn’t hook anything. Thanks for this video it was super helpful I learned a lot. Now back to the pond to catch some fish!
