First, eating expired food? Please. Second, mielonka tyroslka is a meatloaf, however golonka is pork knuckle. Meat is not grinded but chopped only. Both are perfect with cucumber plus ketchup.

By the way, "Boned" is without bones, boned, not "bonded". I ate quite a bit of c-rations beginning in the mid 70's after I was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the US infantry. Yum 😋

The main meals of those Polish MRE's goes around 3€ in Europe. They are cheaper in Finland then average micro meal's. I have few dozen on my pantry...these will have use date on 2-3years after you buy them. They taste like the real food. Ah once watched more, those cans are gone and German like tins are in and flameles heaters.

I’ve been working in Brazil for a year. Farofa is served with anything that goes on rice (beans, meat, gravy). I’m indifferent to it. To me, it’s like grits. No taste, just something to thicken whatever has taste.

Great review ! And the ration is in pretty good shape as for 4 years past date, except candies and a bit soft crispbread-everything was edible. i like the Leczo also, the combination of the smoky kielbasa and the veggies is perfect. And... I learned something from your vid- it is possible to bit the kofik :) I have never tried it.

Awesome review, RR. I have to say lunch would be my favorite. The canned meat spread definitely not my cup of tea. It reminds me of this spreadable meat my mother tried to feed us. You're way to young to know about this brand, it had a red devil on the can as was some deviled meat spread. Wishing you and your wife a great Sunday.

Just wish it was a little closer to an actual meal. When you "list it" and don't "look" at it, it becomes clear. Cracker...cookie....cookie.....pop tart, and finally 2 pouches of rice and vegetable. The majority isn't a meal but a bakery of deserts. Just saying.

Ok at least we got the spicy sauce out in the end lol I was getting worried.. For me - a bit of spicy in the fish pouches and then lob the fish onto the bread, they're not meals they're a side or spread/filling for something else and some mad lads mix the fish in with their main obviously depends on the main. I have not seen it done with the beef mash lol I'd have questioned if they were a Russian Op, if they did lol Edit:: Considering we sold the Danish Virgin Islands to the US between the wars - I'm kinda impressed that they're using cane sugar - it's not something we have access to up in the North here.
