  Yes, definitely do your own research! I am not a professional, so I did my own research as well to make sure it was the right decision for me. I do enjoy it so far but it does take a bit for it to understand your body and cycle, so keep that in mind and always use protection!!

  Love this! I too have been struggling with body image lately especially since giving up diet culture. It has been difficult to feel so uncomfortable in my own body - and have everything feel snug - totally resonate with you! It is refreshing to know others have these days too. I try and remind myself that our bodies are meant to change :)

  I read I'm Glad My Mom Died this month as well .....I am completely speechless. It was one of the most honest and vulnerable books I've ever read! Loved it despite it being hard to read in certain parts.
