For video downloads - do you just use an external link for "File URL"?
Hi, Freddy. Thanks for asking. While an on-site or self-hosted file would be best, you can also use an external link for virtual downloadable products. If you choose to do so, you then also need to consider somehow restricting access to the file at the external link to only customers who purchased the download. I hope this helps. Great tutorials from the Barn2 plugin . I would just wish all plugin companies to follow suit. A question I always had: Is there a way to see the order first when clients check out (and without making payment) until the website owner manually send them a proforma invoice for payment ( just incase the supplier had a increase in pricing) is there a plugin for that? You can achieve what you described by using any of the of the offline payment methods that are built into WooCommerce, such as 'Direct bank transfer', 'Check payments' or 'Cash on delivery' and rename it into Pay by invoice within 30 days or whichever you prefer. This way, customers will not be charged right away and website owners can still review their orders then bill them accordingly. Hope this helps. Hi Sam, is it possible one table links to another table? For example I have 3 tables: book catalog, member, and borrow list. In the borrow list, it will be linked to the name of member who borrow the book and also the book they borrow.

It sounds like you will need to add/create/use 3 custom post types and display/list them in 3 inter-linked posts tables rather than document libraries (which allow you to display only 1 post type for Documents). Hi Jan, Sam here from the video. I love WooCommerce, but you are probably right. Most websites need some additional 3rd party plugins/blocks to complete their design and UX goals. But variety is also why we love WordPress in general, so it's not entirely a bad thing.

I would recommend to not use so many different plugins because it will slow down the Website, makes it easier for hackers to acces your site and it has a higher chance of crashing the site because of conflict in Code. The best plugins to go with are crockoblock for nearly everything, mailchimp for everything with email also abonded card and Molli for the payment(you keep more money) bıg companies are using ist. 16:22 how have you displayed the discount? ($6.50 down to $5.00) WooCommerce fast cart seems annoying, every time you add a product you’re asked to checkout. How’s that ideal? Does this all work with Elementor? For each plugin purchased, can it be utilised on multiple websites (if yes how many), or do you have to pay the plugin price x amount of website it is on?

Does your plugin integrate with typesense for woocomerce
@AlexAlexakis thank you for the comment. I apologize for the delayed response. To answer your question, I'm afraid the two plugins are not integrated together. We have not integrated with Typesense and I don't believe that they have integrated their plugin with ours as well. The two plugins may still work separately on the same website. But it's likely that they will not work as expected if you try to use them together like if you try to use our filter to filter a list of search results from Typesense. If you want them to work together, you or your developer will need to build the integration. I hope this helps. I used a custom page to display my product category. But it seems like doesnt appear. Only appear on Woo Shop and Woo Product Category page. This is what im waiting for but seems like i cant use it for my custom page..

I've been looking for a way to link dokan with a product design plugin. i want to basically create something like teespring, where vendors can add designs to a pre-existing products like a tee, a hoodie or a plain mug, and then create a listing using that design. this doesn't seem to be possible with these product design plugins because it allows anyone to cusomize the product not just the vendors and add it to cart right away and not create different listings. do you know of any way to do that

You're correct that the default behavior of the product options displayed in the front-end single product pages on your website is to add the product or variation to the cart, rather than add the combination as a vendor product listing. For what you'd like to achieve, you would need to give vendors admin access in order to add/create product options for their own products, which of course isn't recommended unless you have a WordPress multisite network (and this negates using a multivendor marketplace plugin such as Dokan). Given the crazy economy, there has never been a need to support open source OS, or software will be so expensive no one will be able to afford. These capitalists are fooling you'll all. Wordpress is open source and anyone who tell you its not worth it is just talking nonsense. Open source is the future.
In my opinion, Wordpress, in combination with Bricks Builder and ACSS, is the perfect solution for responsive, mobile first, accessible and SEO friendly websites. Gutenberg is still a bad editor on its own but with Bricks + GutenBricks Plugins installed its great to give clients a way to easily write and manage great looking blog posts with out being able to ruin the overall layout and design. I work with wordpress since day two (2004) and its a solid and reliable foundation to web sites build on. Shopify is fantastic for online shops, it just works!
The problem with WordPress having a new Ui is that, many or all of the tutorials on navigating and doing stuff with the existing UI will go to waste.. KZread channels will suffer and blogs will have a lot of updating to do, and SEO war to fight.

Updating or changing to a new UI in WordPress would indeed render documentation, tutorials, etc. about the current UI as defunct and outdated. Being in the software industry, we both know that keeping documentation and tutorials updated is a given, as it should of course keep up with the continuous changes applied via updates (whether minor or major). Changes to the UI (albeit major) are no different. E.g. Think of the UI changes/difference between the versions of operating systems (i.e. Windows 10 and 11). Keeping documentation and tutorials abreast with such changes is what will help companies stand out. Cheers, -Edge
