  You feel food and stuffs are cheap because you're earning in dollar. Earn in naira then go to the market , you'll know if it's cheap or not. Don't convert when buying things abroad because you're earning in their currency. If it's $2 that's 2 naira in Nigeria don't convert to know the exchange rate. That'll save you the stress. Thanks
