  RBC was found in in the urine of 3.5 year girl. USG report reveals kidney normal.but bladder wall appears mildly thickened (2.9mm approx) no lesion noted inside.Pediatrician advised for further test i.e mcug.my question is whether mcug safe for 3.5 year girl child? And can she tolerate the pain?

  Water intake is based on weight and if there is fluid overload(swelling over the body) or not. Creatinine agar high hai to pehle dekhna padta hai patient dialysis pe hai ki nahi. Agar hai to pani kam pina hai. Agar nahi to regular intake rakh sakte hai.

  Sir me Bhopal se hu meri beti 2 years ki h kuch din pehle meri bacchi ko same problem huyi to me pas ke civil hospital me lekar gya wnha kuch checkup bole jisko krwane ke bad nephrotic syndrome hi btaya h fir me kids doctor ke pas Aaj dikha kr aaya hu...to unhone tablet nd syrups diye h or bola h continue Krna h treatment 😢 mujhe bohut tention ho gya h is bar se sir koi solution de jis se meri beti ki care ho pay usko 1nd half year ago t b ka bhi problem hua tha jiska treatment 3 month continue rkha tha doctor ne ab ye problem ho gya please mujhe kuch solution de me aage kya karu

  Swelling in the eyes doesnot always have to be due to nephrotic syndrome. This can be due to an allergy as well. If there is swelling over the eyes and the urine routine shows negative for protein then it is unlikely to be due to nephrotic syndrome as for swelling to appear the urine protein has to be 3+.

  Mujhe 2017 se nephrotic syndrome tha,, steroids ke dose lene ke bad medicine ki mg km krne se protein leackage nil ho jata,, steroids band kr deta tha fir wapis protein trace hota thaa,, Fir mai steroids ke sath vermisol( leavamisole) tablet lena start kia fir steroids lena band kia kuch din tk leavamisole liya three days ke gap me,, last char months se medicine band hai meri,, protein nil hai urin me.

  My wife is 20 weeks 1 day pregnant. We have done Foetus Anomaly Scan yesterday. Everything is normal but left kidney is enlarged and multiple small clear cysts are seen. Right kidney is normal. Amniotic fluid is also normal. Earlier NT scan was also normal. We are worried. Please help.

  Kya cyclophosphamide injection nefrotic syndrome me work krta hai..meri daughter ko 4 ya 5 baar lg chuka hai..but koi khas effect nhi hua..she is steroids dependent.

  AGE/SEX: 07MON/MALE ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN FINDINGS: Liver is normal in size (6.7cm), contours and parenchymal echogenicity. No obvious focal lesion or IHBR dilatation is noted. Vascular channels are clear. Porta hepatis region and portal vein is normal. Common bile duct is normal. Gall bladder is distended. No definite evidence of any calculus or wall thickness seen. Spleen appears normal in size (5.5cm) and echotexture. No focal lesion is noted. Pancreas appears normal in size, shape and echotexture. No focal lesion is noted. Right kidney appears normal in position, size (5.4 × 2.4cm) and parenchymal echotexture with maintained corticomedullary differentiation. No focal lesion, calculus is apparent on right side. Prominent right renal pelvis measuring approx 4.9mm in AP dimension. Left kidney appears normal in position, size (5.2 x 2.2cm) and parenchymal echotexture with maintained corticomedullary differentiation. No focal lesion, calculus is apparent on left side. Mild hydronephrosis is seen with cut off at the renal pelvis with AP diameter of pelvis measuring approx.7.5mm. Urinary bladder is distended. Wall thickness appears normal. No calculus or mass lesion is noted. Low lying internal echoes are seen in urinary bladder. Prostate gland is normal for age. No evidence of free fluid is noted. IMPRESSION: US scan reveals • Low lying internal echoes are seen in urinary bladder.---?Cystitis(Adv: Urine R/M) • Mild hydronephrosis is seen with cut off at left renal pelvis with AP diameter of pelvis measuring approx.7.5mm. -?PUJ obstruction. Prominent right renal pelvis measuring approx 4.9mm in AP dimension.- -adv: follow up Please correlate clinically. sul Kindly advise
