  Please note he forgot to change size to 12 font when he shifted across the rows and then cntrl / command the non adjacent box , end result of his didn’t match sample with that fix it will

  When i change the height it shows in centimeters and picture becomes very small when i turn its height to 2.7 What can i do so that it can look normal?

  Cengage is set to the American inch system. either go into your computers setting and change it from the metric system to the American system, or ask your teacher for alternatives. You can also Google the dimensions in inches converted to the metric system and enter that number . Not sure if they will accept it as a correct answer
