  You can't fix it but i'd take it to the Louis V store in NYC and ask them about the process to fix it. They will need to replace the handle honestly it's no way for you to fix it yourself.

  Depends on the trip, if it's a business trip they don't pay for upgrades and I'm not paying for it either as it won't be reimbursed.

  Honestly bro I fly first class just for that very reason and I have first dibs / assigned overhead storage bins that way I don’t have to worry about having to check my luggage. Edit: ok I commented early before hearing you mention my point.

  Yes first class is great and I’ve flown first class a few times but I never found it worth the money personally but more power to you frequent first class flyers 🫡

  Some people, like myself, try to keep our more expensive items in pristine condition when possible. It’s not about whether they can continually buy new luggage. It’s simply if you worked hard to pay for something, you want to treat it well.

  It’s just happened to me, it was the first mine me carrying it and it got a scratch in the back since they made me check it in and I sent it to Louis Vuitton to Get fix they told me that they couldn’t fix it i have no choice but keep it like that 🥹

  Hey boo! I have a question, when you’re forced to check it in, are you boarding the plane first ?? I’ve heard that if you fly first class or board the plane first then you don’t have to worry about checking it in. Thoughts ?? Cause checking it in would be my only deal breaker I’m thinking of purchasing this in the Monogram Empreinte Giant leather. So it’ll wear better! I’ll probably use it more for road trips than flights.

  So when i've flown business class or higher then I didn't have any issues. But I also fly for company trips(they nor I am going to pay to upgrade) and if the trip is a busy route those first boarding seats are taken quickly. But the trip I just came off from San Fran last week. I was in boarding group 2 and had to check my now regular rolling luggage. The plane was pretty small. After they do the preboarding/fam w small kids/military/that airlines club members/handicapped and all that I ended up having to check. They had room on the plane but they still made us check it. It's not even sometimes that they don't have the room they just want us on and off the plane quicker so they throw our stuff in checked.

  Do you know exactly how wide the inside pocket is? I hope it can at least fit letter-size paper (8.5" wide) or even a 13" MacBook Air (8.36" wide). By the way, thank you! It is only the video that shows how much the Christopher PM can pack.

  I haven't used it in awhile but i use a baby wipe or a toothbrush to get in the grooves. It only needs minimal cleaning usually.

  I bought my first piece of luggage in 97. All from Atlanta store. I have had a couple of issues with it but they repaired it. I only paid shipping. It was my understanding it has a lifelong warranty.

  I’ve wanted a Horizon 55 for well over a year now. I’ve watched a couple of your videos, and finally yesterday I bought the DE version of the 55 at LV Denver. I also bought the cover, which interestingly comes with the 70 but not the 50/55. I did do a test on the handles after watching your “repair” video. Should be a great piece but eventually I’ll add the one you have to the collection. I don’t like the Vaschetta.

  I hadn't considered those cubes but looking at them it looks like a good idea for organization but the dust bags would do the same I'd think.
