  Your content is sincerely good and important BUT it is very difficult to listen to you speaking. You need to learn to moderate your tone, so you don't sound like a character from a Disney musical cartoon. The constant quavering, as if you're about to break into song, is very distracting.

  Hi, I do the fasting all the time,my last A1C last Thursday was 5.5 , I've lowered my carb intake for sure, I use coconut and almond flour now.great advice,thank you.. blessed day to you.

  Clever. I believe I’d put a stopper of some kind just for added strength, under that top row. I think maybe a small piece of sliced open tubing or a sliced open washer secured with the glue. Even wrapped covered wire. Put a generous dollop of glue on that. Then proceed. I love this idea, I’m thinking spices as you mentioned but also medicines or paint brushes or as a pencil holder.
