@@CrissCrossTheCCCXLIV Honestly I have always only really used one build as survivor without much change - only after the perks I use get nerfed/changed. It used to be Dead Hard, Borrowed Time, Unbreakable, Soul Guard in the past. But since the DH nerf and Borrowed Time becoming basekit, it has now become: Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Unbreakable, Soul Guard. (you could switch one of them out for Decisive Strike) I like having perks that allow for game changing moments to happen like Unbreakable + Soul Guard, or Adrenaline - just being able to get back up can be very pivotal especially when the killer is slugging. To me the most interesting dbd matches while playing survivor are the ones where I suddenly get the chance to turn the tide back in the survivor's favor when things are looking really grim. I don't really care much for things like Diversion, Blast Mine and other niche perks that don't really serve that much purpose and are considered more 'funny' - I'm a player that really likes to get down to the nitty gritty and really try to WIN a match, no matter if things are bleak and seem hopeless. That's why I've always kept pretty much the same build on all my survivors. I don't play DBD for the perks, I play it for the tide-turning moments where you clutch the match. That's what plenty of my compilation videos and montages include because of this, too. Last second saves, escapes. etc. So yes, that's why I rarely play with perks other than this standard build I've created for myself.

DBD is an interesting experience after midnight, you have a mix of friends goofing around together, dads trying to have fun after a really hard day at work, and people who have been playing for 11 hours straight.
