hey unsolicited advice. your flares, the right wrist slams down a bit. If you ever think you're going to get wrist issues, it might be due to your hips not being as high as they could be. One solution would be learning manna progressions. gl. thanks for uploading.

advice taken. yeah definitely lack shoulder flexibility in that area. i think manna is totally unattainable and probably way too difficult for me to even consider. probably will need a stepping stone towards it. even just legs up on a wall as shown here at 2:50, is way too difficult. but can give a clearer picture how tight below my shoulders are. kzread.info/dash/bejne/dZp_mK-heJTHlMY.html&ab_channel=tanyuj my core strength is also inconsistent. making it come around way too fast for my catching wrist to manage. aka slam. :'(

Perhaps an easier level is putting your butt on a small box and crunching legs. removing the grip aspect and also hams. With the wall at 2:50 your shoulders are actually alrd internally rotated, ie that manna progression as you know is too much. I think a little will go a long way for you. You got the heart. Im rooting for you!
