@@TheCosmoProfBeauty I was thinking dark cool brown hair (my base), a lighter ash brown and a cooler milk chocolate color. And, or something with a touch of Violet in it. My hair is still growing out from Chemo during February-June 2023. So, I've got a ton of time to ponder my hair color, lol.

The stylist I see usually charge late fees or cancel all together. But Afro hairstyles usually take way longer than 45mins. But your boundaries for clients is reasonable especially if it is clearly stated in the booking info.
This is legit. I run late more often than I would like to, but I know it's no one's fault but mine. I always assume a) Just because I was a time-optimist doesn't mean that the rest of the world should have accommodated me, and b) I'll probably have to pay the price of the appointment for the cancelation. If I still got the haircut... I'd be friggin stoked. 🤷🏼♀️
Here is how you handle it. I apologize for being late and I know your time and other clients are valuable. If I give you 50 extra and pay for the other clients appointment can you fit that time in as long as the next client is ok with that.
