Hi, mine freezes in only 2 games. Geometry Dash and valorant don't know why and i want to solve it because it is definitley going to get me banned it always crashes mid game making me lose any progres i make on both games i got it in less than a year and its crashing a lot, even with the charger connected

Even though I have uninstalled to scratch and reinstall, it's still doesn't work. Eventually I have to remove Norton anti-virus and just keep the Norton vpn. Wifi now stayed

In the future.. i regret for buying this product, it used to play crazy graphic games such as battle field V at the day then after one month the terror begins.. it freezes randomly even when i just using autocad for work

mine crashes on overwatch cod and roblox. Like how is it crashing on roblox. I upgraded the RAM from 8 to 32 ddr4. I downloaded an old nvidia driver like a person recommended on the lenovo website. Still crashes :/

only on those 3 or does that happen to be all you play? Sounds like it could be an issue with the graphics card itself. When it crashes go into event viewer -> windows logs -> system -> and see what the reason is. If it starts with a NV its nvidia but it may be power related so try that and let me know how it goes

Hi, The laptop freezes completely while i am gaming, nothing works. Only solution then is to force shut down by pressing the power button long enough. Laptop is Ideapad gaming 3. No hardware or drivers issue. Checked everything. Help please

what graphics card does it have? What games? is it only certain games? Try a game that you rarely ever play and see if it gives you the same problem. also what is your screen resolution? try to take it down to 720p and see if that resolves your issue. thanks

@@DueGamer0012 very little you can do with something like that. You can try to lower the amount of power the gpu uses and that would keep it cooler but you loose fps. You can try to go to the nvidia settings and lower the gpu power scaling if it gives you the option.

Mine started doing it 2 years ago, I paid a little more than a grand lol, anyway so I switched back and forth hot swapping HDMI, DP cables, and a Laptop, got it back on a few times, it got worse, last time it happened I left my PC (3090 ti) and my Monitor on, it lasted for a year but it took a dump now.

Sounds like if your original ram was 3200mhz you should just stick with that. I’m currently looking into upgrading ram and it seems ppl say the 3600 is faster but it doesn’t seem to matter if your motherboard can’t accept it

The RAM I want to purchase is 3600MHz with a timing of 16-19-19-39. My mobo can only handle RAM up to, 3200MHz. My question is, I know that the 3600MHz will default to 3200MHz by my mobo automatically. But will the mobo also automatically lower the timings to give me better latency ?

So today at 29/10/2023 i opened my epic games launcher and then i click on fortnite and i was in the loading screen and it suddenly says ''Want Better Settings?'' (i think) and i've MAY have clicked on confirm, and after that it shows me black screen. Its like loading in or something, after that i got fortnite crash, So i am keep pressing fortnite launcher like 6-4 times and it brings me back to the black loading screen and got ''fortnite crash'' PLEASE HELP ME!

okay if that didnt work Click on Start. Type %localappdata%, and then press Enter. Navigate to \FortniteGame\Saved\Config\ WindowsClient\. Right-click GameUserSettings.ini cut and paste it to your desktop. This should create a NEW GameUserSettings.ini file when you start the game. If it doesn't let you move it. close epic games then try again. If it doesnt fix it, delete the new ini file and move the old one from the desktop back to the path above and let me know.@@cloudiidyx

I have a different problem. i bought the same headset 2 times for in 2 different locations. (using the same laptop) at home the sound of overwatch is fine, at dorm the sounds feels bass boosted and feels like it is further away. is there a reason for this problem?

at the dorm I would wonder about your connectivity. Its possible the reason you are experiencing this is because the music is a few packets behind as they are probably being inspected by the college. Thus some of the audio packets sound louder than normal. If you take it to a starbucks does the issue persist?

@@tooncobbaut2770 If this is the case, plug in some cheap wired headphones to see if that makes the difference. If it does then there is interference in your dorm. As in someone else is on the 2.4gig bandwidth and it may be causing interference. go outside and test

you can use a spare hard drive instead a thumb drive if you have that lying around, you would need a sata with power to usb. But unfortunately you will need some type of device to install windows from

Hi bro, I have gigabyte b310m s2 which is 2400 mhz support motherboard . I am a heavy user. I had one 8gb ddr4 2400 mhz ram. But recently I bought a 3200 16gb ram. Because it is less expensive than 8gb 2400. So, my pc is showing it runs at 2400 mhz, but sometimes. But sometimes the pc monitor goes blank for a few secs. Is that the ram issue. Also have a ques. Can I add on my 2400 mhz with my new 3200mhz ram in dual slots.

Yea, had mine for a couple months now. Had some issues but with anything I'm used too with being a PC gamers for the past 15 years but love this thing. For the games I put on it, hooking it up to my monitor and doing video editing with it. Top notch. Took me a bit to realize all my driver's weren't updated which I thought they were. Use Driver Booster on my own PC and ran that on here and was like woah, everything needs to be updated. Love it so far for gaming and personal PC use like video editing and such :)

I noticed on mine it would open up a different audio source coming from the same device, I swapped both audios to that device and it started working fine. I had a similar issue but only in game. It does indeed play with audio settings it normally shouldn’t be.
