The background music is seriously IRRITATING and it ruined your video! I have no idea why people add background music to their video's!
My biggest obstacles are 2 parts actually. One is money of course. Sure you have land for zero down and low monthly payments but it’s mostly desert like settings. And small acreage, like less than an acre! I’m looking for at least 5 acres with lots of trees. Doesn’t have to have power to property. Doesn’t really have to have road access! But must have trees and maybe near a stream or river. I doubt that can be found for $500 or less down and $200 or less per month. So that’s my obstacles

Could yiu do more small towns between Nashville and Memphis, please?Hurricane Milles very near Linden is where Loretta Lynns mansion/horse ranch is. She srill has grandchikdren run ingit and visitors are welcome. It has a wareefalland creek, publicaccess, picnoc areas and horseback riding. Also, Parsons, ma y other small towns there are beautiful and where many Cherokee lived .....allthe w ay through the Caro,inas, Georgia, to the Eadt Coast. My Grandpa was full Cherokee. He married a French, Christian woman in New Orleans and brought her back tomhis farm.. I want to leave Florida and the giant mosquitos and move to my ancestors lands. We also have a family cemetary, They are all gone now but still alive in my DNA and my heart. Tha k you for all your videos.

What's holding me back is the life style i live in. I live in a converted bus and most places to accommodate me with trees and power has limited restrictions on how much time i can park on the land i want. Currently in texas but need a place not 100 degrees 🤷♀️🤔also where i can work

Some of that Arizona property looks pretty arid like it needs some fertilizer. All you need are some dogs and a couple big bags of dog food. Preferably large dogs not lap dogs.
@landmodo I use to love your KZread channel but now you rush through the properties, minimize them so there so small you can’t see them, and you don’t talk about them like you use to. It feels as if you don’t care, and if you don’t care about making KZread video you should just quit and delete your channel. What you haven't talked about is whether or not you can live on the land while you pay for it? Thinking about a camper and later building a house later.

How come you didn't run your math on property number 277762. It also doubles the price. $99 down payment is fantastic, but $484.00 a month for 120 months. That's 10 years and it's $58,080.00
