  I made the bread today, OMG ..so delicious Thankyou so much ..yes I did cut the recipe in half and I have no problem, I was used sugar , and lemon juice , when’s baking I put 2 hot water trays with the kitchen towel, I think this will help the breads are golden brown color ,..and when is out of oven, I did brushed some butter on top of Baguettes, Wow it’s looks beautiful and tasted so good ,..Thank’s again God Blessed 🌹🌹🌹❤️❤️❤️

  @@yennguyen4826 Hi YenNguyen, you don’t need sweetened condensed milk, you can use sugar instead or even no sugar at all, it’s no problem. It will taste different, but that’s okay. Also, yes, you can cut the recipe in half. Thank you and have a good day!🥖👋

  @@beetown2876 tried it today - thank you SO MUCH!!! I have tried at least seven or eight different Vietnamese baguette recipes, and none of them have turned out right. Always too heavy without the crispy exterior, even with the water in the oven. I knew there was something wrong with the ingredients but didn't know what. Your recipe turned out perfectly! Just like when I get a bahn mi sandwich. Thank you!

  26 oz water 1 tbsp yeast 2 tbsp sugar 3/4 tbsp lemon juice 4 tbsp oil 1 tbsp honey 7 cups flour 1/2 tbsp salt Mix the dough, cover and rest 70 minutes Fold the dough, rest 30 minutes Fold the dough, rest 25-30 minutes Fold the dough, rest 25 minutes Dust the baguette pans, divide dough into 8 Form baguette shape seal the ends and place on the baguette pan seam down Cover and rest 45-50 minutes Dust flour, make cuts Fill dishes with water and put at the bottom of the oven Bake at 440f for 15 minutes Check on the bread, bring temperature to 415 and bake 6 more minutes Take out and brush on butter
