Probably my favorite build for the past year has been Conq + Scorch. Nimbus cloak situationaly but Scorch is so underrated. I ain't that confident to play without flash but this shows your greatness and the lvl of mastery you've achieved. You're keeping the game interesting .

I see your build but I feel like dominik's just too good to not build rn. I feel like black cleaver is tricky, you just get the armor pen after you release your combo, throw shurikens and everything, but with dominik you just have 40% armor pen every time (btw 10% MORE than cleaver). BUT i dont build eclipse anymore. I main jungle zed and my build goes from shojin > profanous hidra > something situational (I always go conqueror and transcendence). The damage is so high that i feel it compensates the rest Any notes on this build?

Hey there. Zed main for many years here. There are low chances he will answer you so I will try my best. That build seems okay since you are trying to make up for the lack of damage on sunder sky. I would still run profane instead of voltaic if you want to play it out but the problem is you can't play that build into bruisers and tanks. If enemies are full squishy then it is a good 1v9 build because of sustain but you don't have armor shredding other than eclipse which is nerfed now. I don't know what elo are you but it would be best if you try it out and see for yourself whether you like it or not. Don't forget main point of a game is for you to have fun. Hope I could help :)

try transcendence and legend haste and go cyclo yomous instead. pure 1v1 build. haste lost from going yomous you get from transcendence + legend haste. just an idea.

Viable for squishy enemy comps, but the build he's showing is much more flexible. Can melt tanks and absorb as much aggro from enemy while also having the damge to pick for their adc

온재님 저기에다가 4코어로 지배자의 피갑옷 한 번 가보시는걸 추천드립니다 개인적으로 쓰는데 괜찮은거 같아요 체력이 500이나 붙어있어서 튼튼하고 쇼진, 블클에 붙은 체력과 나중에 간다면 밤끝, 죽무 등등의 템에도 체력이 붙어있는데 이것이 효과 응징과 잘 맞아서 공격력도 높습니다. 그리고 그리고 잃은 체력비례 공증도 정복자와 최후의 저항과 잘 맞아서 좋은 것 같아요

*추가 설명* 저번 시즌 끝나기 직전부터 연구하던 빌드입니다. 이 빌드로 그마~챌 게임에서 최소 백수십 판은 해봤고 그마 7~900점을 유지하였으며 (마무리는 조금 아쉽지만..) 이번 시즌은 적은(?) 판 수로 그랜드 마스터 달성해놨습니다. (44전 31승 13패 승률 70.45%, 오직 제드 하나만 플레이) 2~3게임 정도 제외하고 모두 정복자 제드로만 플레이했기에 빌드에 대한 검증은 끝났으니 믿고 써보시길 바랍니다! 물론 모든 빌드는 다 쓰기 나름이며 제 개인적인 견해가 담겨있다는 점, 참고 바랍니다! 1. 정복자 제드 빌드 소개 메인 룬은 [정복자-침착-전설: 가속]까진 고정, 마지막 줄은 취향껏 선택하시면 됩니다. (저는 보통 최후의 저항 선택합니다.) 서브 룬은 마법과 결의로 나뉩니다. 보통 마법을 선택하며 [빛의 망토-주문 작열] 고정입니다. 결의의 경우 상대에 따라 뼈 방패와 재생의 바람으로 나뉘고 나머지 하나는 철거나 과잉 성장 중 취향껏 선택하시면 됩니다. (레넥톤, 피즈 등을 상대할 때 → 뼈 방패) (사이온, 크산테 등을 상대할 때 → 재생의 바람) 룬 파편은 [적응형-적응형-고정 체력] 고정으로 선택해줍니다. 고정 체력이 초반 체급을 올려주는 데에 기여를 많이 해서 6렙 전에 사고 나지 않는 게 중요하기에 제드한테는 성장 체력보단 고정 체력이 더 좋다 생각합니다. 스펠은 텔포가 고정이며 나머지 하나로는 보통 점화를 들고 상대 챔피언에 따라 점화 대신 정화나 탈진을 듭니다. (리산드라, 조이 등을 상대할 때 → 정화) (다이애나, 키아나 등을 상대할 때 → 탈진) 스킬은 Q-E-W-R 순으로 마스터합니다. W를 두 번째로 마스터하는 빌드는 사장됐습니다. 아무리 연구해봐도 너무 억지로 끼워 맞추는 느낌이고 고점 또한 예전보다 낮아서 사용할 가치가 없다 판단됩니다. 아이템 빌드는 브루저 빌드와 암살자 빌드로 나뉩니다. 아직 고민 중이긴 한데.. 일단 취향껏 사용하시면 되겠습니다. 시작 아이템의 경우 상대 챔피언에 따라 도란의 검이나 도란의 방패 선택해줍니다. 기존에는 롱소드도 선택하곤 했는데 최근에는 도란류 아이템으로 초반 체급을 끌어올리는 게 유용하다 느끼고 있습니다. 근거리 상대로는 검, 원거리 상대로는 방패, 짤견제 빡센 근거리 상대로도 방패 선택해줍니다. (짤견제 빡센 근거리 = 나서스, 야스오 등) 브루저 빌드의 경우 [월식-쇼진-블클] 올리고 이후에는 스테락, 가엔, 죽무 등을 올립니다. 신발도 닌탑이나 헤르메스 올립니다. (쇼진과 블클 순서는 바뀌기도 함) 암살자 빌드의 경우 [불드라-밤끝-세릴다] 올리고 이후에는 기회, 원형낫, 독사 등을 올립니다. 신발은 쿨감신 고정입니다. 2. 선제공격에 대한 이야기 이번에 선제공격이 패치 됐습니다. (초반은 버프, 후반은 너프) 라인전이 끝났을 때를 기준으로 150~250원 벌던 게 300~400원 버는 걸로 바뀌었고 대미지도 기존 7%였던 게 8%로 증가하였습니다. 그로 인하여 선제공격은 어떤지에 대해 질문이 많습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리자면 '제드에게는' 큰 의미 없다고 생각합니다. 오히려 후반 너프가 더 잘 느껴진다 생각합니다. 이유는 바로 외상의 삭제 때문입니다. 외상의 대체재인 삼중 물약의 3렙 물약을 고려해도 선제공격 돈과 합산하면 340원인데 (300원 뜯었다 가정) 기존 외상의 경우 외상 한도를 190원으로 가정 시 (라인전 끝날 즈음을 기준으로 외상 한도 약 190원) 선제공격 돈과 합산하면 340원입니다. (150원 뜯었다 가정) 선제공격이 초반 버프 됐다 한들 벌어들이는 골드에 있어 큰 차이 없는 모습입니다. 물론 삼중 물약의 활용도, 외상 비용 등 고려해야 할 요소가 여러 가지가 있기에 정확한 비교는 어렵습니다. 하지만 그럼에도 제드는 타 챔피언들과 다르게 기존에 외상을 선택해왔다 보니까 초반 버프 정도 치를 크게 느끼긴 힘들다 보고 있습니다. 대미지 증가량 또한 미미하고 감전(or 정복자) 세팅처럼 킬각을 보는 게 아니므로 큰 의미 없다 생각합니다. 3. 돌발 일격에 대한 이야기 이번에 돌발 일격이 패치 됐습니다. 일정 시간 물리(+마법) 관통력이 증가하던 게 추가 고정 피해를 입히는 걸로 바뀌었습니다. 그로 인하여 돌발 일격은 어떤지에 대해 질문이 많습니다. 이 또한 결론부터 말씀드리자면 '제드에게는' 너프라 생각하고 있습니다. 새로운 돌발 일격은 극초반부터 짤견제로 룬 쿨타임을 최대한 많이 돌릴 수 있는 챔피언에게 효용적입니다. (ex. 카타리나) 하지만 제드는 극초반에 돌발 일격을 활용하기 어렵습니다. 제드가 돌발 일격을 활용하려면 W나 궁으로 진입해야 하는데 일단 궁 배우기 전까진 W로 진입하는 경우가 별로 없습니다. 그리고 진입하는 경우에도 한 번에 딜을 욱여넣는 경우다 보니 소량의 추가 고정 피해를 입히는 것보단 물리 관통력이 증가하여 그에 비례하여 총 피해량이 증가하던 게 더 메리트 있다 생각합니다. 4. 치명타 제드에 대한 이야기 이번에 원딜 아이템들이 많이 패치 됐습니다. 그로 인하여 치명타 제드는 어떤지에 대해 질문이 많습니다. 결론부터 말씀드리자면 치명타 제드는 별로 좋지 않다 생각합니다. (상황에 따라 도미닉이나 필멸자 하나 올리는 건 낫배드) 제드는 AD 캐스터라서 스킬 대미지를 높이는 게 중요합니다. 그렇기에 치명타 아이템을 구매하면 치명타 스탯이 놀게 되죠. 꾸준히 평타를 때리며 딜을 넣어 치명타 빌드가 활용됐다? 그러면 그냥 타 빌드여도 이겼을 게임이라 생각합니다. 브루저 빌드가 아니어서 제드가 물몸인 건 여전할 것이기에 일반적으로는 평타를 많이 칠 수 있는 상황이 잘 안 나옵니다.

*Some more info* I’ve been experimenting with this build since around the end of last season. I’ve played more than a hundred games on this build in GM~Chall queues, maintained around 700~900lp GM (though it didn’t end that well), and I reached grand master this split already with relatively few games. (31W and 13L from 44 games, 70.45%, only Zed played) I’ve played with conqueror Zed every game except for maybe 2 or 3, meaning the build is already verified, so trust me and give it a go! Of course, it all comes down to how you play it, and some of these are definitely my own opinions, so take that into account. 1. Introduction of the new conqueror Zed build Main runes are fixed as [Conqueror-PoM-Legend: Haste], with the last tree up to your preference. (I normally go for last stand.) Sub runes are a pick between sorcery and resolve. I normally go for sorcery, for which I always take [Nimbus cloak-Scorch]. For resolve, you can pivot between boneplating and second wind depending on your lane opponent, and the remaining one is up to you, either demolish or overgrowth. (vs Renekton, Fizz, etc -> Boneplating) (vs Sion, K’Sante, etc -> Second wind) Rune shards are fixed as [double adaptive-flat bonus hp]. The flat hp really contributes to your early laning phase, and since it’s important for Zed to not get behind before level 6, I believe flat hp is better than hp per level. For spells, tp is a must, and I usually take ignite as second. I sometimes switch ignite to cleanse or exhaust based on matchup. (vs Lissandra, Zoe, etc -> Cleanse) (vs Diana, Qiyana, etc -> Exhaust) Max abilities in this order: Q-E-W-R. W 2nd max build is officially dead for now. No matter how much I cook, it just feels like I’m forcing to make it work, and its late game potential seems to have gone down, so no point doing that now. On items, you can go either bruiser or assassin build. While I’m still trying to decide.. use what you like for now. Now on starting items. Take doran’s blade or doran’s shield based on your opponent. I used to start longsword too, but now I’m feeling like getting stronger early with doran’s is a better way to go. Take blade against melees, shield against ranged, and shield against melees with strong harass as well. (Examples would be Nasus and Yasuo.) For the bruiser build, buy [Eclipse-Shojin’s-Cleaver] and get sterak’s, GA, and death’s dance after those. Get tabis or mercs for boots. (Shojin’s and cleaver can be swapped in order) For the assassin build, buy [Profane-EoN-Serylda’s] and get opportunity, axiom arc, and serpent’s after those. Always go cdr boots. 2. On first strike First strike has been changed this patch (buff for early, nerf for late). While you used to get around 150 to 200 gold when laning phase ends, it got buffed to about 300 to 400 gold, and damage also got buffed to 8% from 7%. Naturally, I get some questions about how first strike is now. Going straight to the point, I don’t think the buffs mean much for Zed. I actually think the late game nerfs hit harder. This is because future’s market got removed. Triple tonic could be used instead, but even putting your level 3 potion from that into account, you get 340 gold in total (assuming 300 gold from first strike). Now the max gold spike you used to get from future’s market was 190 around the end of laning phase. Add that up with first strike, you get 340 gold again (first strike got you around 150 gold before the patch). Notice how the early game buff from first strike doesn’t give you more gold, all things considered. Of course, it’s rather hard to make a direct comparison, since many other factors including the utility from triple tonic and the cost from future’s market come into play. Regardless, Zed had usually taken future’s market unlike other champions, so I don’t think this first strike buff for early will do much. Damage buff isn’t huge either, and your game plan isn’t really about looking for lethals with first strike unlike with electrocute (or conqueror). So that sums up my idea about first strike. 3. On sudden impact Sudden impact has been changed this patch. It now gives bonus true damage, whereas it used to give lethality and mpen. Which brings the question, how is it now? Cut to the chase, again I believe this is a nerf for Zed. This new sudden impact is useful for champions that can spam it off cooldown as much as possible with poke and harass from the earliest stages of the game. (like Katarina) That’s not the case for Zed, though. For Zed to proc sudden impact, he has to go in with his W or ult, but first, he doesn’t really go in with W before getting ult. Even when you do, most of the time you want to all-in and burst, so a slight bit of true damage doesn’t look better than getting amplified total damage with pen like before. 4. On crit Zed A lot of adc items have been reworked this patch. Now people are wondering if crit Zed is actually viable. Unfortunately, I still don’t think crit Zed is really good. (Situational LDR or mortal reminder is okay though) Zed is an AD caster in his core, so damage on your abilities is important. This is why crit stats won’t do much even if you buy crit items. You might win a game where you kept autoing to utilize your crit build, but to be honest, you probably would’ve won that with any other build. Since you give up bruiser items, you would still be squishy, and normally you won’t have much agency to stand there autoing.
