Needed my chimney cleaned and saw Four Winds ad on TV. Normally like to be referred to company by a friend/relative that has used a company's service but in this case, I just called Four Winds. I was not disappointed from the time of my initial call until their follow-up after my chimney was cleaned. Came when they said they would and received a courtesy call by Brendan about 20 minutes before they arrived letting me know they were on their way. When Brendan and Ryan arrived they introduced themselves, were polite, courteous and explained exactly what they were going to do. They covered my floors, wore booties over their shoes and while cleaning the fireplace operated this high tech looking vacuum. When the were done, you didn't even know they had been here. Would highly recommend and already have. Brendan and Ryan are the type of employees I would want to represent my company. Great job Four Winds!
