Well done antie But i found a few flaw No egg No sunflower oil No self rising flour to puff NI CRISPY But its otherwise perfect
@@Susmax_ firstly I’m not an aunty - secondly we don’t use eggs nor self rising flour, as you can see on the video it puffed up pretty well. I’ve had thousands try this recipe and all loved it and this is their go to. Maybe try it before judging 👍🏼
When I was a kid I would go to the indian fish and chip shop down the road from me and they made these indian donuts that were soo freaking good. I haven't had one in years but would love to have one again if I ever find them in a shop.

I think this happened because you under stirred it when you mixed everything together with the egg. And it’s also supposed to be in the fridge for about 12 hours

@@kamatchinayagar4264 hi yes you can use self raising flour, just skip the baking powder. I’m not sure the size of this loaf tin but it’s a regular loaf tin, you should be able to find it in most stores

Hello can I use margarine and if so how much would the taste differ? 😊
@@Kaimomship heys margarine will give it a whole different taste as compared to butter so I don’t recommend it, but you can use the same amount of margarine if you want to still make it that way
