  I see. So it wouldn’t work if the squares were not aligned on the cell with an offset/nonalignment since the only intersections would come from cells that were already guaranteed not to have that number

  Ya había visto esta técnica explicada por un latino, en español le llaman la técnica del Rompebalance porque solamente una casilla es la que presenta más de 2 candidatos, de todas las veces que la he utilizado en una sola ocasión no me funcionó, algo habré hecho mal...

  Why did you eliminate those 2 ? Why should we keep 2 from A7 and not from A8 and C9 column? For me has no logic. Sorry It would be al right if we eliminated all 2 from column 4 and 7. But in this situation 2 can be in A7 and A 8 50 % 50% and the same C and C9.

  I got into Sudoku about 1 year ago, but really got serious about 1 week ago, and really love it. I jumped from beginner, to intermediate and currently trying to solve Expert puzzles. Then I hit a wall and got really slow at solving puzzles. So, I started looking around for KZread Strategy Videos. This is the first channel, where the presenter is amazing. She explains so clearly and her pace is excellent! I'm really impressed. I just subscribed and will continue watching these great tips. Thank You so much!

  My mom bought sudoku books for the whole family from Walmart. The first game is somewhere between medium and hard, according to my dad, who is a mega expert at the game. Not ANYWHERE near my ABSOLUTE BEGINNER Level.

  I don't understand at 3:57" why 7can only be in A1 A3 why not in c1 c2 c3 why is the rational to claim this , same for matching pair 1 4

  Sure, there are other 7s in block (box) 1, but she was focusing on row A and the 7s in that row. Since A6, A7, A8 and A9 don't have a 7, then the 7s are locked in for A1 and A3. Because they're locked in, they eliminate the other 7s in that block (box) because no Row, Column or Block can have duplicates. Again, she was focusing on the 7s on row A. It's why she highlights it. Hope that makes sense. Cheers!
