I suffer from a syndrom that is the contrary of procrastination , things to do make me crazy wenn acumulated my TBR causes lots of pression on me and the sensation of freedom and space fails due this. I want to read them all and now....I will follow your advices specially the one about making small steps. Thank you very much!

I know this was 2 years ago when you made this but I have the kobo Libra h20 e-reader absolutely in love! I think I've read 6 so far plus 3 actually books! Reading is absolute life but reading on the kobo I do read it so much more!

I've had a Kindle Paperwhite for three months and love it. I agree about reading faster than a physical book, when I switched to dominantly ebooks 7 years ago my reading pretty much doubled from an already respectable amount. I use my dad's kindle library (extensive), Unlimited, library, and some other sites I can download compatible books from. It would be nice if Kindle had Overdrive built in but the process to send library books to it is easy and probably takes less time than browsing on eInk would lol.

I loveeee your opinion on this, you made my entire day, subbed! 🙌😀 I'm a huge sci-fi/fantasy geek, I loved all 8 Harry Potter films, they were so good, how in the flying hell did they mess up such a complex character as Artemis Fowl? 🤦🏾♂️ The last Airbender, Percy Jackson, the mortal instruments, and Artemis Fowl all could've been an amazing series of films, yet, they all were terrible because they weren't in any way true to the source material and didn't give us great adventure or story, just kind of felt...boring, flat and dull. How do u get Artemis Fowl so wrong, the first book, Artemis was the antagonist, he was the villain, he literally kidnapped, and tortured Holly for the location of her Gold, to try and save his mother from the sickness that she had, his dad didn't even really have a major role until the Arctic incident, (the 2nd book respectively), they really screwed this up...🤦🏾♂️

I just want to say that I really found this so useful and motivating. I'm pretty good with keeping my TBR under control but was noticing that the books I've had for 3-5 years just weren't budging and when you said "Your reading tastes change" it finally clicked in me that, yes, it's okay to not be interested in the same things as I used to be. It makes unhauling so much easier now.

Absolutely! It can be really hard to accept, especially if you picked up a book and were initially excited for it. But sometimes it’s best to just let it go!

Pro Tip: Kobo usually has their books a little higher than Amazon, but if you buy a book from kobo that is cheaper on Amazon, you can submit a price match! They won't sell you the book for the cheaper price but instead will credit your account the difference and also add 10%. I always like to do this as for every 2 or so books I buy, I can afford a third book for free. www.kobo.com/us/en/p/pricematch-about
