Hi Beth! Did the video rather good. Exception, one leg standing with open or closed eyes. Yes, previously I have done the "beginner" program 2-3 times. Same problem, so I decided to progress and continue regardless of this one failure.

I also am really glad I found your video. I started these exercises about 5 weeks ago. Right away I had improvement in the degree of numbness and skin hypersensitivity, but after about three weeks, I hit a wall, and have not been able to get rid of the numbness in my right quadriceps. Most of my skin hypersensitivity is gone, and I can now have material touching my leg without great discomfort. I will continue these exercises with the hope that with time the numbness will go away. If there are any other exercises I should add to further help with that issue please let me know. Thanks Again!

i have a curved spine from a broken rib.does this affect balance and posture permanently? I am 79 yr old woman who wants to be more mobile.Have fallen a few times previously but not recently because I am trying very hard to avoid falls by being more mindful of things then when younger and not frail..I will try some of the exercises for vestibular therapy since they look doable on your channel.

I bought this Rollator for my husband. It is great and sturdy. But when we use it as a transporter, the back support is too low and my husband constantly slides down into an almost lying position. I have to keep pulling him back into a sitting position. The back support is too low when used as a transporter. Does not give support. Does anyone have a suggestion as to how the back support can be raised and maintained in the higher position? When it faces the other direction it is the right height and gives good support. Why is it different and lower when turned to the other side?
