Established at St. Olaf College in 2014, The Institute offers a distinctive opportunity to cultivate civil discourse within a liberal arts setting.

    A careful and courageous foray into hot waters and much appreciated. Side note: “Ought” vs “used to” is handy shorthand for ‘radical’ vs ‘reactionary.’ Using ‘radical’ for all extremes misses a useful distinction.

    Trump doesn't give a damn about the white working class.The white working class voted against their own interest, beginning with Ronald Reagan,and they think the rulers really have their interest in mind.If it weren't for racism,the white working class wouldn't have done this.
