  Thank you for a truly enjoyable video. I wish so much that homes of this design were readily available to have built. There is so much charm and style inside this property, that it seems magical to me. I adore each room, especially the basement. No basement should be left bare and uninviting. Thank you again! 😊💖🙏🏻

  I am glad to see a home so beautifully designed and with such attention to detail. There is so much to see; there are so many layers of interest in the design. My home has a similar look which is rich in detail and much for the eye to take in. Sometimes I think that my home is perhaps cluttered but I get reassurance from this design that there is a difference between looking cluttered and looking collected where things layer together nicely and give a warm and personal feel. Thanks for the video!

  I lived at 131 Alta ave. which appears at 9min. The house belonged to the disgraced real estate mogul Steven Green. In 2006 the house was sold to the Italian vice-consul. The house has a small heated pool in the back. The back street has only 1 house(hanging from the cliff) that belongs to artists Richard Hass. In 2003 at Steven Green birthday party we had Neil Sedaka playing the piano and singing old hits. I have lots of photos from all the inside of the house. The house was kept all original under Mr.Green. .It even had the originals ice box frigerators and a small food service elevator made out of wood that would reach the 3 floor. Me and my girlfriend were the caretakers of that house for 5 years.

Gary you have done this home justice for it will live forever with your name written on the note card for new home owners to read your name and give homage to the man that restored and lived and loved this home.
