What if A to E had a negative sum as well(-5 for example instead of the 9 ) ? What would the entering value be in that case and would I have to do something different ?

  Questioned.. normal cost or crashed cost is the cost per week? Or per day? Is it depends on the durations that we put? For examples, suppose our programs used week in duration, than, we also used cost per week?

  The crash costs. We break the total crash cost into per unit quantities. Just because we could crash does not mean we will. The least expensive combination is chosen. Does that help?
