  The Harlingen corrupt city officials found a way to use the owners property to transport the dirt to be used on the contractors development. Where are the engineering plans for the widening of the ditch? Why isn't the dirt being used for backfill on the owners property?

  How fascinating! I have heard of the Tarantula Hawk, because I keep tarantulas as "pets".. Was that a Texas Brown the wasp was dragging into her burrow? I had never heard of a Honey wasp though.   I wonder why Tarpon aren't as abundant anymore? Catch and release then go eat a nice Texas steak. When I see the old photos I cringe. I'm 66 and I used to talk with the oldtimers in the Chesapeake Bay area as a kid. They would keep hundreds of Striper and Weakfish weekly in the roaring 20s. Enjoyed the video.
