  This thing will not set the passcode. Iv never put in one, then I start to put one in it says exit setup. Iv tryed pressing the button for 5 beeps. It just wondering let me set a passcode shit os driving me nuts.

  Presione el botón de reinicio del bloqueo trasero (aproximadamente 10 segundos) para restablecer, luego presione el botón de reinicio brevemente e ingrese la nueva contraseña de administrador (debe tener de 6 a 8 dígitos)

  My door won't lock or unlock. It says locked and unlocked but the bolt doesn't move. I can lock & unlock with key

  @@bigdaddy31824 Thank you for reaching out. It might be a low battery issue. If the battery level is still good, the problem could be with the latch bolt. Please check both and let us know if you need further assistance.

  @@LNDUOFFICIAL brand new Energizer batteries. The lock is trying to move but it won't complete the cycle
