I need one when I get my farm. So that I only have two trailers. That and a horse trailer.

You say you won't be sitting at the tire shop, but those tri-axle trailers drag the front or back axle awful bad, especially when entering and exiting fields. A tire that is dragged sideways under a heavy load takes an awful lot of stress. Do you make a trailer with tandem dual axles instead of tri-axles? Do you offer electric over hydraulic brakes?

we owned one of the first machines in the mid 90's and used it till we got a 3ph 400 this year. Anytime we are not using it one of our neighbours is. I don't know exactly how much time we save exaclty but at least a day on average in the mid west here

Ag Shield ReCon 300/ 400 users that go into typical crop conditions with machine settings as suggested in the operator's handbook are successful at baling sooner, and most often report increased RFV ( relative feed value) scores. Certainly getting the crop out of the field before a single rain is a huge advantage often resulting in increased crop values by more than the cost of a ReCon in a single field. Also ReCons will definitely invert coarse stemmed crops when correctly adjusted, the video proves it. I can supply countless references in several countries who continue to use their ReCons year after year, and suggest their neighbors by their own machine instead of borrowing.

About as useful as tits on a boar, it is only an overpriced glorified crimper and nothing more. All it does is beat the crap out of the crop every time you use it. It does not invert a swath,..just puts it over to the side and leaves the wet on the bottom. Fluffing beats the crop again and removes all leaves from alfalfa but leaves the wet on the bottom. It'll find every stone in your land and it does damage the rollers. The company does not stand behind this product. Don't ask how i know.

@77farmboy depends where you are - the augers are around $4000 but there is a difference between the Caandian and US dollar - Cross Augers normally speed up crop input by 20% - so are worth at least $40 per hour- we have many reports of doubling field speed - so then the auger is worth more than $200 per hourds- so payback is over the coarse of 100 or as few as 20 hours depending upon your conditions. - Tom 1-800-561-0132 or [email protected]
