Houston proper is not just inside the inner loop. You can live outside the inner loop and inside the beltway and still be in Houston proper.

If this doesn't awaken the American people to stand up against corporate distortion of the American dream, nothing will. The housing market has an average value of $22.5 trillion annually, out of which $13.0 trillion is in household equity. Unfortunately, Wall Street corporations such as Zillow, Tricon Residential Inc., Blackstone Inc., and Opendoor Technologies Inc., among others, are contributing to the unaffordability of homeownership for many people. Their ultimate aim is to create a generation of lifetime renters, which would allow them to have control over all the equity.

Must be a newbie. Katy is actually the 3rd Chinatown. The first was off Chartres and Rusk near downtown, the 2nd is off Bellaire and Katy will then be the 3rd. The first had the most character, historically most relevant, culturally most authentic and in many ways, was the most vibrant. The Bellaire is the most expansive and Katy the most gentrified.

I bought a new build on near Cornell and 36th St, back in 2018 in the low $200K, home has doubled in value since then. Also, bought the corner house next to this new construction home shown in the video. I cannot believe how much the area has boomed 😮.

This neighborhood is getting cleaned up , a little rough around the edges as of 2024 . Hopefully sooner rather than later it catches up to the other side , inside 610 side ! My house is on Yale & Crosstimbers .After crosstimbers it gets rougher and other side of main is HOOD . Maybe in about 5 years it will start coming together and a little more pleasant but by them I’d want to be in Rice Military/ Montrose

We own on Yale and Thornton. On our block between Yale and Shepherd there are 8 new developments. One under construction on Thornton just off Shephed. Citiquest just cleared out land for another new development. Just Thornton alone there’s tons of new development. Buy now and you will make tons of equity in the next 5-10 years. Keep in mind the Sears property is being developed for retail/residential use. That will be a boost to the area as well.

@@johnherrera7551 yes I’m excited about the Sears , saw they just fenced it up ! It would be amazing for the area if they turned it into to a Costco or and HEB , they have ALOT to build on , the HEB down the road use to be a Fiesta . Yes this area use to be rough basically east Houston rough before 2010

You will one day stand before God and answer for everything you have done. How will you do on that day? Here's a quick test: Have you ever lied? Have you ever stolen anything? Have you used God's name in vain? Have you ever looked at someone with lust? Have you had sex outside of marriage? Have you ever had, or been involved in, an abortion? Will you be guilty on Judgment Day? If you have done these things, God sees you as a lying, thieving, fornicating, blasphemer, adulterer at heart, and murderer, and the Bible warns that God will punish you in a terrible place called the lake of fire: Revelation 21:8: "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Yet God, who is "...rich in mercy,..." sent His Son the Lord Jesus Christ to suffer and die on the cross for all guilty sinners. We broke God's law and the Lord Jesus Christ paid our fine. That means God can legally dismiss our case and He can commute our death sentence. John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life." Then the Lord Jesus Christ rose from the dead and defeated death. Please, repent of your sins and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior, and God will give you eternal life as a free gift: Ephesians 2:8-9: "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." John 14:6: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."
