  I don’t think the «KonMari» is much of a good name that you want to have associated with you, it sounds as «Con Mari», sort of as in «Scammer-Mari»… Get my drift? I’d rather have called it The Mari Fold!!! Or even The Marie Fold or The MariKondo Fold!!! Oh well, an old saying here in Norway says «The name shames no one» («Navnet skjemmer ingen») and maybe this is an example of just that. That even if The KonMari doesn’t sound all good, the name says nothing negative about you, «Mari»! ❤❤❤

  Looks like an advertisement for detergent. I can hardly imagine children playing in such an environment dressed in white 😂 my reality is different... from 2+ kids onwards, chasing after mari style made me rather unhappy

  Since the first time I saw this video, I started to fold all kinds of my clothes. And I found QINGGENG clothes organiser is very helpful for keeping the folded clothes. Everything keeps neat and tidy. So cool to a better organized life 😊

  I think she is using them as gift boxes. Not mailing containers. She's resusing postal labels to seal them shut. Or they'd be neatly placed in the center or something.

  Interesting. I've always folded my shirts like this, except the long sleeved ones which I do slightly different by folding the entire length of the sleeves down parallel with the shirt body (simpler is better). If the shirt has a print on it, I fold it using the rectangle method to reduce the chance of putting cracks into the print. For trousers, I fold them in half widthwise and then roll them, so as to not leave creases.

  Growing up I detested cleaning but through the years reorganizing my closet after a hectic period started to feel like a mental cleansing ritual. I'm going through my wardrobe right now before the spring season + semester hits and I started folding my clothes with this method. I gained so. Much. Space. Not to mention how much more orderly it all looks. Thank you!

  You can see the collar of the shirt! This really help if you have a lot of chromatic clothes to tell it apart.
