You should make a Palestinian flag
Beer 30
Hey Ryan. Thank you for this video. The timing couldn't be better. I'm going to look more into stock neche signs. The camping idea is a great one. Thanks. Love making saw dust

Your feather board should be before your blade.
We are living in the dark ages in terms of energy and battery technology. The amount of patents that have been taken away through Military National Security is rumored to be at least 5,000. Many of those would include new battery technology that would solve all of the problems with current lithium batteries.
If I tried this I'd be left with the stumpy bit that goes into the collet.
😂😂It definitely takes some preactice!
Hi guys just want to say I love what yous do, so much talent and such a treat watching you and your father and all your family doing what you know best, greatings from DOWN Under Australia God bless you all, and ya your grandfather such a pleasure to watch him and am so sadden that he's no longer around you guys my prayers are with you all and your beautiful family good luck guys ❤
Thank you, Michael! We appreciate all the support👍👍👍
I enjoys the flattening process.
It's kinda satisfying to watch😂😂
Nice
It's a great looking board!
Looks great. You make it look so easy, I carve okay but struggle sometimes with the sanding after spraying.
Totally normal. I've ruined plenty of signs from sanding. Go with the grain and keep the sander moving👍👍
Besides the tent, you can use your travel trailer or the 5th wheel stencil.
Absolutely!
👍👍👍. Thanks Ryan
Any time, Pete!👍👍
Looks Great!!
Thanks Mike!
Lol nobody will ever know that us follow carves see it but the normal person wouldn't be able to tell
HAHA that's 100% right!
Father raised a humble son. The hardest and most important craft. Good stuff, gentlemen.
Thanks man!👍👍
Another good idea, is the tent the stencil of the month? Is that one just for premium?
The tent is the Template of the month and the "camping nd Beer" is the stencil of the month. You can get them both on our website, but the executive members get them for free makeawoodsign.com/products/camp-tent-tom-8-24?_pos=1&_psq=tent&_ss=e&_v=1.0 makeawoodsign.com/products/camping-and-beer-stencil-8-24?_pos=1&_psq=campin&_ss=e&_v=1.0
I always enjoy your videos. One thing I'm trying to learn is not to point out your mistakes. I've found out no one will notice if you don't show them. 🤣 I understand why you told us your tiny 1/2" mistake so we'll know how to lay out signs. I appreciate that. I wouldn't have noticed it if you hadn't pointed it out. Thanks for all you do!
😂😂 I know exactly what you mean! I would always point out little things I messed up on to customers. And they never would've noticed. I like to point them out on the videos so you guys can avoid them.
Need a little campfire near the tent...great sign!
That's a great idea!
Very nice! I need to get better at carving
Thanks Tom! Just get as much time behind a router that you can👍👍
Cool sign
Thank you👍👍
Just fabulous and thank you for the information 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Anytime, man! 👍👍
Good morning, thanks for the great videos!
Morning buddy! Our pleasure, 👍👍
Isn't pine a soft wood with sap in it? Not good for a butcher block.
This will be covered with glass and not be used as an actual butcher block
I have used my flex in texas over 100 degrees never had that problem been using them for years now.
No kidding? Maybe we just got a bad one or something.
Gloves on a table saw is crazy, guy doesn’t even care about himself
They're his fingers, not yours.
I've heard that since high school and have been doing i for 50 years. I think it's an old wives tale
I honestly don't see the big deal with wearing gloves whole using a table saw. Just gotta pay attention
Using blue pine right now for a custom sign, have 4 pieces glued together. What do you use to fill in knots?
We usually use the dark starbond or glue with sawdust. Both work really well
The way you upgrade the grinder is take the safety off 😂 and put a face shield on
😂😂That's one way to go
Nice
👍👍
Miss your dad, it was a good combination. Now you have your son. Hopefully, one day, he will have his son on the show, too, and the legacy will go on.
Yeah, we miss him too. ❤❤
I use Toyota brand wrenches
I've never used those. How are they?
If you use it every day, buy quality, if you use it maybe once a month or less then get the cheap garbage.
I like to get as nice of tolls that I can afford, regardless of how much I use them
That looked like an awesome venue. If I was still shooting my bow, I would have hoped to have been at the Para Olympics, but my condition got so bad that there are days I can't even pick up a router, let alone pull a bow. I had to sell all my archery equipment 😢.
Oh man, I'm sorry to hear that. It really was beautiful up there in Utah
Love this dude ❤❤
Thanks man!
Cool video EZ E...🤘🤘🤘
Thanks DanO!
Sometimes using a quality tool will be a Save in a difficult situation. Once you use quality tools. I realize a lot of people can afford them and get by the whole life using discount tools. Just understand the difference
I've used snap on, Matco, and Cornwell. For the price, the icons are pretty darn good
❤❤❤❤❤
👍👍
How much did they pay you to lie haha
😂😂 even if I'd have gotten paid, I would never lie about tools I like
Do you router into the final work-piece through the stencil? In other words, is your text grooved into the wood as a guide ?
Great question! We only use the stencil for the layout. We don't use it to carve. Everything we carve is freehand
I bought a set of cheap wrenches in 96 still works as good as ever.
You got a screaming deal!
Slow and steady
Yup 👍👍
Good work.My dad was a finishing carpenter. Our home was perfect in every way!
That's a true skill!

Great meeting you too my friend. Hope to come see you in MN someday soon.
I wish you all nothing but success. All the content and teaching you guys do, really got me motivated to making signs. I do scroll saw work so I’m trying to add more than just that and this correlates well cus I’m can make patterns but I’ve seen some on your sites I can’t wait to purchase. Thanks guys
Thanks so much for watching and the wonderful compliments. Happy you like what we do and our videos could help. If we can answer any question for you you can email me directly, [email protected].
Thank you for sharing. As a major Waylon and Jessi fan I love hearing people's stories about them. Unfortunately I never got to see them perform live.
Thank you for watching and commenting. Waylon and Jessi were definitely a couple of Dave's favorites.
Sharp!
Thank you❤
