  Without getting fatter, naturally, after 10 years of training? Sure I could get tiny bit bigger at my current BF %... if I sacrificed drinking and food I enjoy for 6 months. But this is enough, I'm happy with the balance.

  How crowded was Montenegro, where would you recommend for a nice beach and entertainment, I plan to come soon.

  Not crowded at all, very quiet even in June. Kotor was full of little beach spots along the bay, some public, some private, and there are more beaches around Tivat or Budva. There are lots of bars and one or two clubs inside Kotor Old Town.
