Make it for console
Unfortunately no modder who makes scripts can do that because the console manufacturer like sony and every other do not allow it. Even Giants can’t to anything about that. I would love to make it for console but there is nothing I or other modders can do because external scripts are not allowed by the console manufacturers

Unfortunately not since the console manufacturer like sony or microsoft don’t allow third party scripts. That’s why script mods are always only for pc and the script creator or giants can’t do anything about that, that’s all up to the console manufacturer

No, that is not the purpose of this mod and something like you want is pretty complex to create. My mod creates damages when you use or not use the vehicle and not when you run into something
@@frvetz I see, I see. Thanks for replying. I read somewhere that Giant's dev's don't want to add this in because the head guys from the brands/machines think seeing their equipment break will hurt their brand in RL. I think it's highly needed. Thanks again!!

where is the option in the esc menu? it's def not there
What option in the esc menu do you mean? If you mean the help menu It’s in the help tab (if you don’t play with too many mods that also have a tutorial)
@@frvetz I figured it out. You mentioned in the esc menu having options for costs and amount of damage. I realized you said that was using the other mod. I installed the repair and paint mod and now I’m good to go. Changed the repair to 25%. I can’t have the tractors need repair during less than a day of work.
is it compatible with Real Vehicle Breakdowns-mod?
Haven’t tested it so I cannot guarantee but I think it should work. He stole parts of my code without even trying to reach out to me which is pretty rude and absolutely something you shouldn’t do but I’m already in contact with him to try and make the two mods work together. And even if he doesn’t want to work together, I will do my best to make the two mods compatible with each other from my script only.
Was sehr cool wäre, dass man eine (abschaltbare) Funktion hätte, die den Fahrzeugen Schaden hinzufügt wenn man irgendwo mit hoher geschwindigkeit gegen fährt, am besten auch noch als separaten Mod der auch im Standardspiel funktioniert, erinner micht dann an den Schadensmod vom 15er, ist aber Skripttechnisch natürlich ein sehr aufwendiges Spielchen, aber wurde ja schonmal gemacht. Wäre aber echt schön sowas mal wieder zu sehen, auch wenn es natürlich zum Problem werden kann wenn die Physiken mal wieder rumbuggen, aber im Vergleich zum 15-17er ist der 22er schon leicht verbessert worden, nur Palettenphysiken sind noch nicht ganz ausgereift, aber trotzdem mittlerweile ja machbar.
Ist auf jeden Fall machbar ja! Wird nur problematisch, wenn das Fahrzeug aus anderen Gründen schnell zum Stopp kommt (z.B Multiplayer sync). Müsste man testen, ob die Fahrzeuggeschwindigkeit im Script auch auf 0 geht oder ob die auf dem Wert stehen bleibt. Ich schreibe es mir mal auf 👍
@@frvetz Hey, sehr cool, dass du dir das mit aufschreibst, ich muss natürlich noch sagen, dass der Mod echt gut hier umgesetzt ist wie er schon ist, ich hab das als selbstverständlich gesehen^^ Ich hätte da noch eine Idee für ein Skript, was in meinen Augen den Spielspaß erhöhen würde und ich denke auch machbar sein sollte, ich hab zwar schon Ahnung vom Modding, aber noch nicht viel vom Skripten im LS, ich konzentriere mich eher aufs bearbeiten bestehender Mods nach meinen Vorlieben, InterActiveControl verbauen etc. Nun zur Idee: Ein Skript, welches ganz einfach zwei oder mehrere Ausstiegspunkte im Fahrzeug ermöglicht, das würde in Traktoren natürlich sehr gut ankommen, da man ja auf beiden Seiten (bei den meisten älteren) aussteigen kann. Ist nämlich auch komisch wenn man mit SimpleIC/InterActiveControl die rechte Tür öffnen kann aber nicht dort aussteigen kann^^ Wie genau das Skript erkennen soll, wo man aussteigen will, wäre ich mir selbst nicht ganz sicher, ob abhängig vom Kamerawinkel oder mit einem System ähnlich wie bei IC mit anklickbaren Punkten. Hätten beide Vor- und Nachteile, bei der 1. Variante gibt es kein extra Knopf zum anklicken, was bei wiederholtem Ein/Aussteigen schon etwas Mühe spart, allerdings wäre bei mehr als 2 Ausstiegspunkten schwierig akkurat zu erkennen, bei welchem Ausstiegspunkt man nun genau aussteigen will. Bei der 2. Variante wäre es natürlich genau umgekehrt, plus eventuell leicht aufwendiger zu skripten, da man ja ein System zum anklicken einbauen muss, statt nur den Kamerawinkel abzufragen. Natürlich muss man dann in der I3D des Fahrzeugs einen extra ExitPoint einbauen, aber das fände ich nicht zu tragisch. Ich möchte dich auch gar nicht belasten, letztendlich entscheidest du natürlich was du modden willst, vor allem ist das ganze natürlich auch ein Aufwand seinesgleichen. Ich möchte hier lediglich Ideen bieten, und die letzte hier könnte vor allem für Realismus-Spieler, als auch für normale Spieler profitabel sein, da man bspw. in engen Hallen, wo nur auf der linken Seite kein Platz ist, nicht in der Wand stecken bleiben würde, da man ja rechts aussteigen kann, oder auch bei Stationären Gerätschaften, wo die Controls (von bspw. IC oder der Göweil) auf der anderen Fahrzeugseite sind, nicht erst ums eigene Fahrzeug rumlaufen müsste. So, nach dem ganzen Roman will ich nochmal betonen, dass ich es echt toll finde, dass du auch auf Feedback eingehst. :D
@@tomaltkruger4283 Wow… :D die Idee finde ich auf jeden Fall sehr gut! Vielleicht könnte man ja Shift/Strg + E benutzen, um rechts auszusteigen und normal E, für das normale? Das wäre auf jeden Fall deutlich schneller für den Spieler und würde bei viel Aus-Einsteigen nicht nerven… Ich muss mir mal anschauen, wie der LS den ExitPoint bestimmt, aber wenn eine Möglichkeit besteht da einzugreifen, dann könnte ich mir durchaus vorstellen, dass das Skript mit der richtigen Umsetzung gut ankommt! Je nachdem wie schwer es ist, wird es aber länger dauern, da ich grade auch noch viele Sachen habe, die ich am Schadenssystem anpassen muss/will :-) Auf jeden Fall ein fettes Dankeschön an dich, für deine Mühe diesen ausführlichen Kommentar zu schreiben!! where are the crashes then this isnt realistic
I hate to break it to you but the farming simulator does not offer any possibility of deforming vehicles. So crashes are not possible at all to make unless giants changes a big part of their game

Wie schon bei Racing_Gaming_Adventure geschrieben: Der Mod ist etwas worauf ich seit meinem ersten Multiplayer Lohnunternehmen zu LS11 Zeiten warte und immer versucht habe zumindest manuell zu simulieren ❤ Super Arbeit!! Wäre schön wenn die bei Giants mit deiner Hilfe sowas in den nächsten LS einbauen würden, aber leider darf man sich zu sowas wenig Hoffnungen machen.

Thanks, that’s headtracking. I am using Track IR 5. A sensor basically detects a light on your headset and then translates the movement into the game. I think steam also offers a demo headtracking software that needs just a simple webcam so you can test it out. It won’t be as accurate as Track IR 5 though
@@frvetz Nice, looking good! Do you think someone could develop a leaning mod, much like how the Realistic Cab View does, but instead of just being able to lean forward where you're looking, you could use a button and a mouse to lean whichever direction you want?

Super mod!..i found issue with Bale storage(s),(ARCHIMOBIL) and RDS.When i try to take out bales from the shed it recocnises as vehicle and askes to check the damages and i can`t take out any bales .😇

Yeah I wish it would be feasible. But that’s way out of the capabilities of the FS22 unfortunately

I CANT GET THE THE DAMAGE MENU TO COME UP DO I HAVE TO GO TO SHOP TO GET TO COME UP..
You have to buy a maintenance pallet in the shop (in multiplayer it has be from your own farm). Drive close to it and then hit CTRL + J. Try a different key binding if it doesn’t work. The FS doesn’t like when you have the same key for two things. So go into settings -> input settings and change the button for „Open maintenance menu“

Tried using this mod , great potential but broken I believe , for example I repair my tractor fully but when log back on it’s fully damaged again this happened 3 times in row before I gave up , also most of my other items so - damage ( i.e -3 ) and this won’t allow me to repair at all ......
I have absolutely no idea what you did but no one has ever reported such an issue. Are you sure you are playing with the latest version (0.9.0.9)? And would you please be so kind to join the discord in the description and write a message in the „realistic damage system“ chat. I‘ll then write you further instructions. That would help me out a lot!! Thank you
I will check the version and report back , all I did was install and play nothing more , I was playing multiplayer but the mod description said it was fully compatible

Actually they should not add damage as you use it As a farmer and a mechanic You should add tire damage as wear and tear for usage But .. occasionally a big mechanical problem should appear like hydraulic pump failure and then the machine starts but cant lift anything Or batter failure where the thung wont even make a noise and then you have to charge or replace the battery It will make it less tedious and mich more realistic And a bit more cheap
And you can have it so that vehicle needs service every 15 hours ... 15 hours in game is l8nge than you would imagen
@@ruankoen5947 yeah naming specific damages is already planned for the future but it will take some time until I implement this since it means I will have to rewrite most of the script with a new maintenance menu etc etc. Regarding the price: You can make it cheaper yourself by using the mod „configure maintenance“. My script takes these settings in consideration ;)
@frvetz yeah dont get me wrong .. I think your mod is great Im just saying what would be very realistic . But I do know that there are alot of limitations when making these mods But still yours does seem to be alot more realistic than it is in base game

Amazing mod definitely gonna get it but what are you using for your camera to make it move so smoothly?
For the outdoor shots I used a controller to look smoothly around and for the cabin shots I used Track IR 5 which tracks your reallife head movement and transfers it to the game

What in cab camera mod is this?
It is not a mod it is headtracking. I am using Track IR 5 but there are cheaper ones you can buy as well. I think steam even offers a programm where you can get headtracking only with a facecam. But I don’t know how good that is

how to instal?
Go to github.com/Frvetz/FS22_RealisticDamageSystem and click on the file FS22_RealisticDamageSystem. Then download it by clicking on the the tree dots at the top right and select download. Once you downloaded the file you have to copy it and put it inside of your mod folder. You can find it here: documents -> my games -> FS22 -> mods Hope this helps :)

I've been wanting to give this mod a try for a while now. Just haven't made up my mind yet
It's up to you. You just have to remember that it is a pre-release version on GitHub and not yet in ModHub. So there could still be some bugs. I wanted to publish it so I can get multiple opinions on how the mod integrates in the game :) So if you want to, go for it!
Why does the graphics always look better on my phone than my pc🤨
Being a small screen, your phone's display likely has a higher pixel density than you're PC's monitor. You phone could also have a better quality display in it. Especially if it's OLED.

A Phone espessaly here on KZread, is just playing a video, you're pc has to produce all this, and it depends how strong you're pc is, to produce a good graphik or just a bad one.

Erster! So, noch mehr realismus im LS, sehr geil. Nun reicht es nicht mehr einfach schnell zu reparieren und weiter gehts, sondern man muß sich Gedanken machen, wenn eine Reparatur läbger dauert, fällt die Maschine solange aus und man muß sich für die Zeit etwas Mieten oder die Arbeit verschieben. Also wie in real mit den Planungen und Zeiten jonglieren. Schönes Trailervideo, danke für die Vorstellung
