  This video is dead on if you're inquiring about a property near Valencia High School which is north of the subdivision. You will end up over there where Colquhouns is referring to if you use Google maps, In order to locate the subdivision that TheHemingwayLandCompany is marketing you have to use the GPS Coordinates and they'll take you right there. I own land there so I know what I'm talking about.

  Ahh formally Forbes Park Land.......Used to own a lot there but I traded it for Forbes lake of the Ozarks land in the 90's and then sold that land several years ago

  How come when I look up a property on the Valencia County registry for land it doesn’t show that Hemingway land company owns the property that’s listed on Hemingway land company’s website? It says mountain west ventures LLC?

  Ok, a couple responses: First, thanks for the question. Second, I'm surprised the Valencia Assessor has updated their records so quickly. Third, we have this exact question on the FAQ on our website. Basically it goes like this, for tax and accounting purposes we incorporate different LLCs to buy and sell land. That was the one we used for those Valencia County lots. If you look at that same Valencia County website you'll see a tax address associated with that company. It's a PO Box in Las Vegas. If you go to the Contact page on our website you'll see that same PO Box. Point being, we are one and the same. Whenever anyone buys from us we always provide a copy of the recorded deed that put that specific property or properties into our Company's name as a way of demonstrating we do in fact own the thing we're selling you.   We agree. We really like that sub and our buyers do too. Because of that those lots tend to sell quickly. Just listed two and sold them in under a week. More coming on the site before the end of the month though. Check back soon. And thanks as always for the feedback!

  We agree. The camping restrictions are pretty reasonable. Tiny homes (under 1,200 sqft) wouldn't be acceptable but camping up to 30 Days. Thanks for watching and commenting!

  I sense this is a joke, and if so, it's funny. As no one ever asks me for advice on anything, however, I'll choose to believe it's genuine and respond with the following: First, they probably already know. Second, if they're upset with you being gay they might as well be upset with you for being left handed. It's that arbitrary a thing to care about and/or be upset over. Good luck.

  On the old website we had a version of this type of video for each sub, yes. We're slowly starting to create more on-site content so you'll probably see others. This one was important because we just bought 144 lots in this region and we know people get lost trying to sort through them all. That said, for the most part, what is discussed in this video would apply to any subdivision we have a "Master Information" page for. They're all designed the same way with the same features and same sort of "navigational structure." Glad you liked it. Thanks for the comment.

  Hey Karen! We recently sold off three lots in Ocean View down by the highway. The only thing we have coming up are in Fern Forest and Mauna Loa Estates. That said, since I can't find a reliable photographer out there they'll likely be listed only with a realtor, which is how we've been doing a lot of deals in the region recently. I'll likely profile them in some way on the channel when we officially take title. Thanks for the question.

  There's quite a few wells that have been successfully drilled in this region. We're also aware of local owners who haul water to their properties. We can't speak to the water table depth of a specific property, but these are usually good signs when it comes to the viability of the region and the lots we sell in it. Thanks for commenting.

  As someone that lived in Oceanview for over 15yr 1st it's pronounced Ka-oo 2cnd it's pronounced o-he-a 3rd OV has a hardware store but any lumber windows... comes from kona/Hilo 4th OV is a great place for solar systems but don't use the small business called solar works. Or at least plan on getting a second opinion.
