Short and to the point Bunkai (practical real world fighting applications from the katas/forms) videos, in depth karate technique breakdown videos, cross training influenced concepts dedicated to technique perfection for traditional karate and combat sports practitioners, and some just for Fun and Nostalgia! My experience has come from Goju Ryu Karate and a multitude of other combat sports styles. I created this page to catalog what I have learned from my father and uncle along with other nontraditional instructors. This page has been a long time coming and I started this journey on Instagram (goju_ninja) 5 years ago. Now it’s time to stop talking and start training!
