  The reason why your auto assigner isn't assigning every shift is because, while you do have a lot of spare buses, you don't have enough of the right type of buses in the categories. Remember to check which of the groups the unassigned shifts belong to and get more buses for those groups.

  If you go onto the steam workshop, you can download buses from there buddy. Once downloaded, research and you will unlock them unless your playing sandbox.

  Hello! I watched your tutorials and started playing the game on my city (Fortaleza, Brazil) and I was wondering what's the importance of the passengers ratings of our company, how does lower stars affect me? how does higher rating help me? I'm just ignoring this detail now because I've planned some routes that are really difficult to satisfy the passengers due to the distance, busy areas, etc.

  Hello! Hope you enjoyed them and found them informative! Higher the rating, more likely your customers will use your service meaning an increase in revenue. A lot of factors effect this such as reliability of your service, price of tickets, cleanliness of buses and state of buses such as USB chargers etc 🙏 hope this helps you buddy

  The letters not used on UK number plates are the letter I as it looks like the number 1, or the letters O and Q as they can be confused with the number 0. Although there is one exception to this rule, as the letter O is used for Oxford in reference to the memory tag system. In your Yutong’s you have a “i” on your number plates which apparently aren’t allowed as they look too similar to a 1

  Oh god no, hes hiring service employees, cleaners and mechanics and bus drivers again. Also i think you've forgotten to install all the extra parts (usb ports, air conditioning etc) onto your buses, which is why your rating is so low.
