I too attended this gig. Most crowded I’ve seen riverbend. I had pretty good seats but saw them 3rd row in Chicago in 2022. Solid sets both. Band was never the same without John and I’m glad I never saw them when he wasn’t in the band. It’s crazy they’re 60 (except John) and really having a creative and performing resurgence. They’re really playing well live and I’ve seen eras where they didn’t sound so good. Like surf music is definitive of that California sound, these guys have that same effect. They’re their own school for sure.

People were kinda trashing him if my memory serves me correctly and covers aren’t exactly for me but it’s just like…he sounds fine. In the topic, I personally could have done without the Bowie and funkadelic covers rhcp performed in lieu of two more of their own songs at the Cincinnati show.

Si vous la comparez à Madonna simplement parce qu'elle porte un tudexo, sachez que c'est Marlene Ditriezch la première à avoir popularisé ceci auprès des jeunes femmes, une source d'inspiration pour Madonna d'ailleurs. Lady Gaga s'est parfois inspiré de Madonna en lui rendant hommage mais elle est très différente de Madonna artistiquement parlant. D'ailleurs Madonna a tenté cacher le fait que c'était une serial plagieuse car pleins de ses gros tubes sont des plagiats : "Express Yourself" c'est plagié de "Respect Yourself" des Staple Singers ou bien sa chanson "Vogue" c'est une copie de "Deep in Vogue" de Malcolm McLaren... La liste est longue. D'ailleurs je vois pas pourquoi vous l'ouvrez car Gaga à défaut de Madonna, c'est une vocaliste et son mentor n'était nul autre que Tony Bennett.

The one thing when I was at this show is they should remind people to be quiet. Literally I had 800 dollar seats, not to mention what it took to get there, and these lady’s had to chitchat and laugh the whole show. How can society produce people this dumb
