  I own a new construction home where I wished I had an outlet on the floor next to my couch to plug in lamps, phone chargers, etc. definitely good stuff to look out for when doing inspections.

  thanks for the info. New construction lakefront homes in the wg area are slim to none unless you tear down an old home and build from scratch. i'm a local realtor in the celebration area, will have to go check it out.
