If its not made out of real wood, then what is the material that it is made out of? I need a genuine answer because i am curious please 🙏
Receptacles should never be installed face up on anything. Imagine having this really cute furniture you built burn your Air B&B down cause your renters spilled a glass of water on the Receptacle.
Nice didn’t think of that a little late now lol
I love this and am appalled at the people blaming the housing crisis on Air b&b's. So rediculous. I have a large family and renting an Airbnb for short vacations have saved us so much money on hotels and also allows us to be together and even save money by being able to cook our meals. ❤
Airbnb lol yuck 🤢
I don’t think anyone in your Airbnb will care if it’s real wood or not lol
You’re totally right. It’s more of a me thing lol
Dang, shouldn't have mentioned the Air BnB. You went from cute DIY-er to scumbag landlord.
Agree
Outstanding 👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you!!
Add trim.
👀
Where do you mostly get the stuff
Mostly from Lowe’s or Home Depot
Amazing! My parents had this exact piece as their TV credenza for years. After their passing, sad to say, it was so outdated & heavy, it was demolished to avoid moving it. But it felt good to see you save its twin.😍🌻
No way! It was honestly the heaviest piece of furniture I have ever attempted to lift (and that’s saying a lot!). So glad I could honor it! Definitely one of my favorite pieces I have done.
Hope no one spills liquid on the receptial especially liquor, fire or electrocution 😮
They look good to be honest 😀
Thank you! 🥰
Very beautiful, but are you allowed to have a electrical outlet that is movable without earthing it?
An you explain to ach step after stripping pain? I mean if sanding after that what else ifvthere is stains? No idea how to proceed after stripping
I use this after wash by Kleanstrip. After that dries, I’ll do a light sand with 220 grit to smooth out the finish and then you can stain!
What's the stripping product?
Dam that stripper worked well on whatever that old finish was ! Never seen it work so well first try like that !
Mirror ... please!!!
Perfect song choice. No notes. 🤌🏼😆
😂😂
no gatekeeping… spill please!
It’s in the description of the video but it’s Kleanstrip 🙌 works the best out of all that I have tried (which is a LOT)
@@studio_adashthank you!!! ❤
❤
The song choice 🤌🤌👌😂😂😂
😂😂🙌🙌
I was getting ready to type the same thing. I love wit!!
Nice, clean job, now what about the rest of the table and what are you going to do with it ?
I actually did something really crazy to it. I’ll post a video of it tomorrow. You can’t even recognize that it’s the same side table.
What a fucking waste of a perfect old finish
Okay
How so?
I will though it looks like someone yanked a chain to get special sauce
Not gonna say what I think that looks like
😛😛😛
Relateable
A table
Wood nut
Pretty
Suggestion, people with kids deal with spills. Maybe the outlets should eb a little higher off the table. Hope you have GFI outlets.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
Price breakdown: Furniture- free from the dumpster Paint/finish- $50 Outlet- $10 Updated handles/hardware- $10 Plus hours of time IKEA side desk- $40
I liked the wood too bad you couldn’t save it, but it looks pretty good now too
Can you speak to the hotels that still think it’s 1990 and no one needs an outlet beside the bed.
Waste of time
You failed to mention the back piece that was cut so the scrap can sit on top of it. I guess this is an easy method if you first cut a piece for each height but that seems like a lot of extra cutting.
Gorgeous!
I’m obsessssssed.
Why do you think that the world needs to see this? You must be totally self absorbed!!! If you cannot control yourself and must share, why not share your time? You volunteer somewhere!
That lamp sitting on the installed outlet would piss me.off
I want to know the sealant kindly i also painted the nightstands black but they are getting scratch or stains i want to do sealant also
Hi is there meant to be sound?
I like in Pittsburgh too
Yea outlet scary....dangerous
Outlets flat on top like this aren’t safe. Someone could spill liquid in it.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TOP COAT?
Wow! Not bad at all
Please just sell the AirBnB as a normal house. The housing crisis is really terrible, and things like hoarding houses for AirBnB just make it worse.
This will come in handy when I build my house in the new world coming soon like the Bible teaches us. "They will [build houses] and live in them, and they will plant vineyards and eat their fruitage. They will not build for someone else to inhabit, nor will they plant for others to eat. For the days of my people will be like the days of a tree, and the work of their hands my chosen ones will enjoy to the full. They will not toil for nothing, nor will they bear children for distress, because they are the offspring made up of those blessed by *Jehovah,* and their descendants with them." (Isa 65: 21-23)
You can’t tell the difference between real wood and pressboard?
Beautiful restoration!!!
