KZread is scary. Have not searched for chandler in a hot minute. Plenty of books sitting here. Just glanced over "maybe I should be reading creator again" and then minutes later your video pops up on my KZread start page. Google be mighty.

Great book I'm enjoying the listen and thanks for the mind map. However will is not what Ryan is trying to claim it is in the book. Will just pure sheer force to keep on going despite the setbacks/obstacles. And what Ryan is trying to say will is, is actually called tenacity or grit.

Your channel is so under-rated man jeeze you deserve atleast 100k+ subscribers , try making some shorts to get things summarizes in mini's then that would lead them to the longer videos. just a thought.

When I clicked the link I figured I would get a cut and dry summary of Dr. Ahrens' book. Instead you also presented me with thoughts and insights that have come from your own thinking and usage of the matter. I enjoyed it a lot! Learned a lot, taken away a lot for my own future reference. A really well thought out video, thank you for sharing.

The point about trust... I had this down from a young age so effortlessly. But there was something that happened when I was in my late teens that got my wires crossed where I couldn't do something I was trying to - and I was using my conscious mind to self monitor and intentionally do the thing. Now, what happened was the results were never on point. But what I did in response is chase my tail and consciously try to get it right. This cycle made it so the conscious / self monitored effort had become an ingrained HABIT. It even bled into my everyday life. Took a couple years to even realise what the problem actually was, but at that time I couldn't even really put it into clear words. Took even longer to undo. There's still remnants of it in there and looking back I procrastinated on what I had to do to undo it fully. My point is; this is some dangerous shit that can flip your life upside down if you get it backwards - even somewhat by accident like in my case.
