this is such a shithole again its unbelievable. multi billion dollar company: 1) The Playlist is in the wrong order. Amazing job on 5 videos. As if you just dont fking care about your customers 2) was that the only Pakistani with such a heavy accent and shitty microphone you could find? You dont have a single US/EU Technician that could record this session in UNDERSTANDABLE ENGLISH? 3) no links no nothing in the info box. how about a link to the fking KB articles for that? Where do I get the .ovf? You fking force partners to install usage meters with less than a weeks notice and than provide this shitshow of a "tutorial"?

This is great but how to read the reports? The same way that used to be with points in vcpp portal? That display units of vcf and the amount consumed and by when the dashboards are going to be ready?

Wow is that audio bad. Audio compression is your friend guys. Your video editing app should have a compressor plugin that will bring up the low volume parts of the audio. The information in this video is great, but it's almost impossible to follow.

Hi, Thanks for the video. I would like to install the latest version of UM for our customer. I want to know if public internet access is necessary for UM 4.7 In VMware official document, it says internet access is not necessary and usage data is saved in UM appliance locally. But in the process of registering ID / token on UM, we think internet access is needed . can we install VM 4.7 without internet access ?

What a feature packed release! We are very excited for whats coming next with Aria Operations integration.Hoping Im understanding correctly, more integration so end users can make use of object browser, etc. ? A follow up video on the encryption would be brilliant. Thank you for the update video it makes it allot easier to digest!

My feedback is that the restrictions around API Token (service account or not) don't make sense, especially for roles and rights. This can be done via the API anyway, but we have to input a username and password - albeit base64 encoded. I don't really see how the token is any different... I would be interested to know what the initial reasons were, i.e. some sort of security factor?

Any other company would've made a simple GUI to get the basics done but provide the API for if you want more complex changes - this is another example of laziness and lack of customer impact with things like no ability to backup the DB elsewhere (such as vCenter/NSX etc.), upgrades via file uploads at the CLI, and the farce that is the default way to install the Chargeback/vROPs-integration VM (the current version of which doesn't work by the way). Half a product, not happy, and we spend a LOT of money on this mess.

Jaikishan, the fact that the Guided tour editor do not recognize DropDown menus; is it something you are going to fix, or it is an unsolvable situation to the developers? Thanks.
