I am a busy elementary school teacher, new blogger, and mom of three girls. I love Disney, planners, crafting and shopping. My days are filled; but my faith, family, and home are always the most important!
I've got lots of great ideas for sharing lots of planning and goal setting! I'm also sharing mom life along the way.
I would love to have you join my KZread channel family where we can all learn from one another!

I think I'm too OCD to mix them up, lol
@@countrymama626 😁😁😁😁
Beautiful classroom! What size is the rug?
It's an 8x10
@@countrymama626 thank you!
Looks good! Love the rug and the table setup!
Thanks so much! I went back in today for a bit. It seems to have a good flow, I think it will work well.
Thanks for sharing.❤

Nice video.
Informative. ❤ you!
Thanks for posting!❤
Looks great on you!❤
Is that the white shiplap better than paper bulletin paper on the bulletin board by your whiteboard?
Yes ma'am it is. I love it! Here's a link to what I got amzn.to/4eVe88k
Thank you! I love the way that looks!
I love your color scheme!! Best of luck this year! :)
Thank you so much!! I love all the color too. It starts my days on a positive note 😊
What markers did you use to make the dots? Oops! I put this on the wrong video…
Hey, no problem, lol. I use the Zig Dot pens. amzn.to/3RRhLCq
Love the idea. I am the same, I can’t mix my markers or pens. 😊 see thru pouches, allow you to see what you have. Loved your video!
Thanks so much! 😊 Now I’m trying to find a use for those extra large pouches, lol
🥰🥰🥰
Which one do you prefer for outings? The JJB Dr. BFF or JJB be prepared ?
The Dr bff has the backpack option so if you're carrying it, that would probably be my pick. The bp has more room in my opinion. I love the bp if you're going to be able to to set it down and not have to carry it if it's packed heavy. Bp is my favorite of the 2
@countrymama626 thanks! Just got a dr bff for sale on the jjb website. I hope to find a be prepared one soon.
Such a great video showing us everything you got! The print is so cute 🥰 can you please do a video on your century of magic bestie plus bag and show how do you pack it? I just bought one off Mercari!
kzread.info/dash/bejne/m4ictbOOeM2WmZs.htmlsi=13kOawQ2SUXBxiDP I put this one on my Disney content channel if you want to check it out. I'll do another one on here for regular day-to-day use. Thanks!
@@countrymama626 awesome thank you! 🥰
I was also using the companion notebooks last year and didn’t like everything being separated. So I got a flagship for 2024 and I’m using the week spread for journaling. 😊
Oh, that's a good idea. I'm trying to use up my sticker stash on the weekly spreads this year. Thought about getting a horizontal next year to journal my weeks.
put contact or sticky tape on the white bits of the envelopes to make them reusable each year.
That is a great idea, I hadn't thought of that! Thank you ❤️
@@countrymama626 I got the idea from jashiicorrin
Ohh super inspiring. thank youuuu ❤
Thank you so much! Glad you liked it!!

I LOVE the straps you got with your Be Set! Those don't show up on the web site...
Hey, yeah…I figured out that was actually stroller straps that came with the Dr BFF (I think). Where I got so much together, I think I mixed them up.
I love petunia pickle bottom method bag it’s my fave’s Love watching what people put in there’s I film videos to ❤
Thanks! I'll come check out your channel!
Hi! Kinder teacher here. I have bins like those you mentioned and I use mine in my classroom library. I have also given each student one and they store their art box, whiteboard, marker and eraser. However they can become a catch all for other things! I've used some to store teacher books and manuals that will fit. I hope you have a great school year!
That's a great idea! Thank you! You too ☺️📚📓📝
Same here. I am used to having 21 students when I taught Kindergarten. This year I will be in First Grade instead and will only have 15 students with a max of 18 so that will be awesome! I will have a Shared TA as well (A Part-Time TA)
It's crazy, right?! I just think of all we can accomplish with the lower class size. It will be an adjustment having a TA, though. I haven't had one in so long.
@@countrymama626 usually I work by myself too. Do you get a fulltime TA or shared? I was thrilled when I found out I had less than 20 students for the max! The joy of teaching first grade instead of Kinder. Kinder can have up to 21 in my State, but the ratio is lower for first grade though
Fulltime TA but I assume she'll go to an upper grade at some point during the day to help. And yes, I love first grade. I don't think I could do kinder
Omg id live for that storage. I have one closet and 3 cabinets and its barely enough
It’s an older school so I was surprised to have that much storage. Hope you’re have a good summer!
Those cabinets are awesome! Love your bulletin boards so far.
Thanks so much! The room actually has more storage than I first thought.
When do you start school?
We start in Mid August
Amazon wish list and extra supplies
Yes, I’ve got one now. We’ll see how it goes, thanks!
When I was in first grade which was quite a while ago around 1981 every teacher had 3 things chalkboard and chalk, lesson books, and a paddle
Ah, the days...lol. In my first year (2008), I went into a room with quite a bit of stuff, and as teachers retired, I accumulated way too much! I feel more prepared this time around and know what I want and what I don’t. It's amazing how things have changed in education over the past 50 years.
School in a way was rougher in my day but at least when we went to school in the morning we and our parents knew we would come home in the afternoon a parent these days sends their child to school in the morning and could be the last time they ever see them, it's so terrible what this world has become
The daily duo is such a big planner. I’m willing to bet a 12 month fits better. I’m thinking an 18 month definitely would have the same issue as the daily.
I picked up an A5 ring agenda. My haul video will be out over the weekend. 😊
I'll check it out!
That’s good to know that the duo Wildflowers design came with a non-metallic cover.
That is a good idea to use the complimentary cards as bookmarks.
If you got the A5 portfolio for your 7x9, it happened to me too. The website is NOT cear at all. It's listed first like all the other pages, so I'm sure a lot more have done this. I wrote a letter asking why would they let a person who never ordered a A5 product get something out of the blue. I'm sorry I'm just sad that I've spent so much to 1st get the wrong planner then, this...only thing I got so far that was right were the pens. Thanks for letting me vent 😢 Hope you have fun with your planner
Thanks! Yes, I got the wrong size. Still haven't bothered ordering the right one, lol. Oh well, I guess I'll pay more attention next time. And feel free to vent! I completely understand!
I think the Folio is the A5 size because it only has 2 pen loops
Thanks, I didn’t see the different options. Luckily, I have some a5 notebooks lol
I think you got the wrong size folio. It looks like you got the A5 size instead because mine has four pen loops and it’s an 7x9
Yes, that's exactly what I did.
Love it! This was extremely helpful!🙂
Have you tried out SHINE Cloth ? Super cute stash . ❤️
Thanks! I haven't tried those. I'm working on potty training now so I am slowly selling off my stash now.
Please share your link if you are still selling
I think this goes to one of my listings then you can see the others. I still have all the applecheeks, bumgenius, blueberry, and covers to list. merc.li/scWTmU56b
I love this sooo much 💗 I'm having my 8th baby this year and I'm finally going to use cloth diapers for the first time. Hoping to use cloth wipes too. I can't wait 😊
Wow! 8! I can't imagine. Congratulations!! I love my cloth. My youngest is getting ready to start potty training and I'm beginning to destash. It's so sad.
I’m sorry for your loss.
Thank you ❤️
Also, you should buy some flat cloth diapers and use them as inserts because they dry so much faster allowing your other inserts time to dry completely. I have been cloth diapering for years!! Having flats to use has been amazing. I hang dry all my cloth diapers and inserts and the inserts can take so long to dry where as the flats are dry in an hour or so.
I have a few flats but I dry all my inserts in the dryer. Another reason I love pockets!
That is good. I see so many new to cloth diapering mothers that do not understand you should never put microfiber against your baby's skin. Have you tried wegreeco? I like them. They wash out stains quite well and are soft. They give a choice of bamboo inserts but I just use cotton flats as inserts. Maybe do a video for new cloth diapering mothers about off brand diapers for starters and using flats as inserts? This was a fun video. I think I like the bum genius diapers best but I cannot find them anymore. Where did you buy yours?
I have not. I did have a set of Mama Koala I got off Amazon but I have since destashed them and just kept my favorites. As this is my 2nd baby in cloth, I had the stash and knew what I like to add more in the same brands. I think I got most of mine off Cotton Babies in the beginning. I did buy several new off Ebay I think. I also got the Lovelace on clearance on Nicki's Diapers I believe. It took us nearly 2 years to get pregnant with our last baby so I bought diapers along while we were trying (mostly newborn, but some one size).
And thanks for the video idea, I'll work on that one!
Do not put microfiber directly against your children's bottom. It dries their skin out! This is proven fact!! Put a fleece liner on top. Microfiber is designed to suck up all moisture and that includes from the skin. For 12 dollars on Amazon you can buy fleece liners made for cloth diapers. These liners also help with cleaning the poop out as you just need to lift them out and rinse them off before washing them and the diapers. I like your stash and that you told people who may be new to cloth diapering that they do not need to have so many cloth diapers. So many cloth diaper KZreadrs fail to mention that.
I don't use microfiber at all. I swap out all my microfiber inserts with applecheeks bamboo for my pocket diapers.
Thank you for sharing your cloth diaper stash with us! You have a beautiful collection 🥰 your little girls are very blessed ! I know how hard it is not to just buy more and more just for the prints 😂
Thank You!
Thank you for sharing your videos
Thank you for watching! I love sharing and talking with you.
Such cute envelopes!!!
Thank you! I love and have an extensive scrapbook paper collection so this is just fun making envelopes with it
