Bpro was so good it was so sad when they went EOS for the rhythm game.
@@stardust3748 oh no! I didn’t know that. I’m a big fan of rhythm games, especially the project diva ones, but I never got a chance to play the b-pro app.
I’ve seen this around and have known about B-pro but never got into it. This review might make me want to give this game a try.

@@TheDelikizzz there is no rhythm game elements. The only extra “game” elements I would say is answering text messages and phone calls.

I was JUST looking into 7scarlet. I remembered seeing it forever ago for the PSVita but never got around to picking it up. I was hoping it might get a Switch release sooner or later and here we are! I'm pretty excited finally get to pick it up.
I'm excited about all the announcements from Aksys.... on the other hand I personally dont care too much about the ones announced by ifi but I am glad they are bringing the ports of older otome games from vita era at least. (Althought i didn't hear any positive reviews for Waltz lol.) Also i don't know why they chose 2 games with very similar premises I feel like we could have gotten tsuitsui and another older vita era game instead of waltz. I am excited about the 9rip LE thought it looks gorgeous.
I am SUPER excited for the Aksys announcements and I think it's great to bring older game ports over. I first played Code Realize on switch and am very glad they ported it over. I'm a little hesitant on the new IFI games, other than 9 R.I.P... Tragic Knights seems the most promising of the two for me.
I am happy so many are getting localized but they need to SLOW DOWN! My wallet can't handle it all...lol 😭☺

Super happy for Hakuouki, been wanting to play the complete edition for awhile. So glad they are bringing it to the west. Believe it is set to release in August 2024

Happy and laughing at it , myself. I have the PSP limited release, PS Vita limited release for the first half and regular for second part, and now this is coming. I have to ask myself if I need it. Also I wonder if it will include the extra parts I've seen in the Japanese releases, like the entertainment district fan disc.
@@Kastriona lol I have the psp limited edition and the ps3 limited edition as well. I would love to get this one as a special edition as well but I don't think it available in the West. I know the playasia website has it though. 🤔
As far as I know they only place to get the limited edition is playasia, however the description does say it's for the English subtitled version...

I doubt many people know about this, but Fujiwara Bittersweet by MagicBench on itchio is getting a remaster of the first game as well as a sequel! The remaster currently has a demo available and I’m super excited for it! Fujiwara Bittersweet is probably once of my favorite games of all time and made me fall back into my love of not just otomes but dating sims as a whole. I wish it was more widely known :// (important thing to keep in mind is the trigger warning in the game description cause it can get rather dark at times)

This year is jam packed and I am very excited!
So happy to see we're getting so many new otomes translated. I already own so many versions of Hakuoki... so one part of me doesn't want to rebuy it. But I am tempted to buy it for switch. Not having to swap between two games mid route like on Steam makes it tempting. Especially if they're reviewing the translation and remastering them..... HMM.
Having a better translation and both games in one place would be so convenient...
I'm in the same boat. The only release I don't have is the the one for PS4 and steam releases. I have the PSP and PS Vita releases already. Will the official release for switch make that much of difference? It will probably depend on my wallet later.
@Kastriona I think i have them all, including PS3. With Switch, I think the only difference is that it's being remastered, reviewing translation, and it's in one game instead of two (Edo blossoms /Kyoto Winds)

Kind of like farm sims, there were only a few otome games (in English anyway) back in the day, but now they’ve totally exploded and it can be really hard to keep track of them all. I just recently preordered a BUNCH of the games you featured in both of these videos but there’s still so many I didn’t know of. Idk how I’m going to find the time to play them all lol
Of course! I've been playing otome games for a ridiculous amount of years now (farm sims too lol) so I totally know what you mean. I love keeping up to date on all the new games coming out, both localizations and new Japanese games. We're in a Otome Heaven Era and I'm living for it!

Hi there. As far as I know there haven't been any announcements of sellers outside of the Japanese eshop... Hopefully we'll here more as it get closer to release.
Cafe Enchante is an underrated game for me. Have you played it? If so did you like it?

Definitely look into Piofiore’s triggers beforehand if you are sensitive to darker storylines. Some of the routes can get pretty dark, but I enjoyed the game, personally.
Which game are you looking forward to? I'm personally excited for Hanaemu Kare to & Bloom and Aksys' fan discs.

If we’re getting a second installment for Steam Prison, I’ll keep hoping for a second installment for Cafe Enchante. For some otome fans it isn’t the most well loved but I absolutely adore it 💜

Hi there! So Cupid Parasite and Cupid Parasite: Sweet and Spicy Darling are two completely different games. You would have to buy them separately to enjoy each one. Cupid Parasite: Sweet and Spicy Darling is a direct sequel to Cupid Parasite and so I would not buy Cupid Parasite: Sweet and Spicy Darling without playing cupid Parasite first, as it won't make any sense at all.

What's a "self insert" trope? on the first game? Like she doesn't have a personality?
Hi there! Though I can’t say for sure that Sympathy Kiss’s main character won’t have much personality, you may notice in the trailer that you never really see her face. She doesn’t have eyes in the artwork. This is more commonly done in app games, to help create the feeling of a blank slate and allow the player to really feel like they are the main protagonist. Also if you check out the game’s website, our protagonist has no picture and is referred to as ‘you’ in the character description. This is what I mean by ‘self-insert’.
