If people get accident from this AI will this doctor take respondsibility?

I HOPE that all these 'broody' 'academic' (-presenting) 'AI' 'experts' don't fall into the arrogant trap of saying they want to help all people but really they actually look down on these people. It's a tale as old as PHDs have existed, that those who strive for that accolade are doing so because they don't want to BE the people they later claim they want to help. It's a blind spot that has ruined lives and even killed millions in the past and will continue to do so. Academic narcissism and sometimes psychopathy. So, I dare you to genuinely do something good, not just performatively good for shareholders or international awards of virtue. AI is trying to be the new colonization hidden behind the mask of the next step of civilisation...

1st problem: sensors do not work in snow, extreme rain and frost. 2nd problem: If there is snow on the ground, the road is slippery, who will mount the snow chains? 3rd problem: If the vehicle breaks down (tires, compressed air, brakes...), can a software realize all this?

Except that self-driving vehicles don't have brains. I know it's cute to be anthropomorphic. And AI has the I in it, even if humans don't even understand intelligence enough to reverse engineer it in the first place. But it's reductionist nonsense. The brain is not a data processing algorithm. Computing instructions per second does not bring you closer to God. It just leads you to potentially wrong answers faster.
