#1 Channel for those that really want to learn conduit bending skills and Real World electro/mechanical tips and tricks that can be applied at work.
The channel is for Electrician's that just got in the trade or even seasoned experienced Electrician's. I do my best to give you Real world examples and tips that help you when you actually come across a similar situation at work. I take personal electrical video requests and create customized electrical videos for clients and top tier members. I will do my best to teach you the way I learned in a class setting. I set myself apart from other channels by being patient and as elaborate as possible so that you can get a better understanding of conduit bending.

Parallel kicks on fire
U r sick with it…
Yeah the other thing is if you are pulling out more slack you can always arrange the puller farther away and with more cable sheaves to keep it straight. Have seen a couple jobs done with tuggers where it was done without splices pulled from box to box and they would pull out say 30 feet, then re-attached the hitch knot to the conduit end and pull another 30 feet out until they had enough length to pull to the final box by hand. They set some temporary eyebolts in the ceiling to hang the sheaves. Setting up the boxes in the right spots helps a ton in making it more pullable. Have seen some jobs where a lot of it was done by hand so just needed more boxes to make the pulls box to box easier. Some of the new tuggers are pretty amazing they even make a light duty one for drills that can go up to 1000lb but for short pulls of a couple hundred pounds tension its handy.
GOOD VIDEO
I know a Puerto Rican from the Bronx when i hear em
Where can I DM you. I got a few questions.
Boring
How can I get that discord link? ⚡️💡🔌
If I use formula of tangent 1/2 of the degree divided by 2 for parallel offsets will still work or not for this type of bends rolling offset
you are the best bending trainer on the internet
Doing god’s work 💯
Can you show how to do multiple rolling offset?
@omarleonard1398 here is the link of the video you want. kzread.info/dash/bejne/doijj9eMqJCyYpc.htmlsi=Z1eaqtez2IyIz_jE
Can you posted the all calculations process of the rolling offset thanks you for your time to answer this.
does this work when they are laying down only or does it work when the offset is sitting up
My question is how to keep them parallel with different rises ?
You need to create a step by step book, with examples and exercises.
I could really use some advice on keeping conduits parallel with different rises
What happens if the rise changes ????
You've got a gift for teaching. I just found your videos today.
Thanks I appreciate it
Looks good Brother. I have to go on a service call in the morning, at an offshore racing boat company, for an old fire pump inside of a well that's blowing the cutouts on the pole. 7.2 KV. Weird thing is, the cutouts blow after National Grid leaves. I'm just going to test and isolate until I find the short. I bet you it ends up being the motor itself. Town dock, and the pump is in a pit somewhere in the parking lot outside of the building. Let's See what happens. IBEW LU 99 Providence, Rhode Island
Another great video man appreciate your time and effort ! Question, will these calculations work if you are coming str8 from a coupling and not 90ing down. Parallel bends with different size conduit. ?
How would you mount a unistrut to a wood stud wall?
yoyo my man you have discord channel still???
Sir I don’t see you making more videos about pipe bending ?
great video dude. needed a refresher on this machine.
Great video thank you.
Your welcome.
how do you know the shrinkage is 3/16 by the rise being 3 inches ? is it based of the outside degrees which 22 1/2 for this example
Yes exactly
I like the trick for extending the two lines to find the exact center of bend-that seems pretty handy. Would probably skip all the math to figure out the exact angle of bend and just use my $30 Klein angle meter to measure it instead if I could.
Yea honestly I don't blame you. I works so it the quick way. It's just good to know in case you need to do it with all the math
So long story short multiply the shrinkage for whatever angle you’re bending your offset on times however many inches for the conduit spacing you were running. Example three-quarter inch with 2 inch spacing you would advance your marks a half inch per pipe to keep all the parallel bends in line with each other.
Can't wait to start one
Excuse me who is the guy that you recommend? Please
What guy. For what
The way you broke it down was A1. Thanks for the insight .
thanks brother
4-7/8" 3-3/4"
To find the multiplier of ANY degree is: 1/sin(x°) Ex: 1÷sin(30°)= 2 Maybe you guys knew already but I just found this out this weekend and my mind was blown 🤯😂
Between this channel and Rightwire, there's a wealth of knowledge. True masters of the trade that makes me thankful for the internet. Cant thank y'all enough 🙏🏽
Thanks. More content on the way
You did a really good job explaining this. Great job.
Thank you I appreciate that. Had a really shitty day. I can't tell you how many times the electricians that watch my channel have turned a bad day into a good one. Thanks.
Mel, is the gain for a compound 90 the same for a standard 90? Love the videos!
Yes, absolutely
Thanks, do you have a video on derating the wires for longer wire runs and calculating proper wire size?
Sorry no i don't. What you are looking for is Voltage drop. I'm sure there are plenty of video's on youtube of the topic. Just search "voltage drop". So depending on the distance you'll have to up size the wire. It's really not that difficult. You shouldn't have a problem finding answers. I'll put that on my list of video's to cover.
@@TheArtOfConduitBending cool. Thanks.
@@diySolarPowerFunWithRay anytime brother.
Greatly appreciate your videos M.
Thank you Kenneth. I would appreciate a review on my linked in services if you have linkedin. Have a great day.
Finding the SHRINK for kicks method also will work for offsets,3 bend saddle and 4 bend saddle can this method be use for this type of bends?
its different for other bends
Thanks!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.

Thank you brother
