  I used the Hawaiian silky and dish brush that I was able to pick up from Ulta the same day and this was a game changer! Ladies, if you get discouraged by saying online only, make sure you flip to the purple version. The orange version is online only.

  I did goddess braids with curly human hair and had the same experience. Horrible knotted mess by week 3. I’ve experimented and have realized the issue is the curly hair. It doesn’t hold up well with braids. I did the same style w Kinky straight and wore my braids for 2 months. High maintenance but beautiful. I’ll be watching to see how these last in the next 4 weeks or so too

  My horrible previous experiences with this style is why I came up with this method. Im a month in and I’ve washed it twice. Super low maintenance with this hair and install.

  Distilled vinegar - I know this is old - but it will truly help. If u can find the 20% cleaning vinegar- dilute it down w some water - and flush it thru a couple times and whatever is stuck won’t be any more. Also wear gloves and eye protection and in a well ventilated area
